Funny, I was about to say the same thing! -
Speaking of... what ever happened to Las Vegas Craps? BSR said is was completed but not released. Was Mattel afraid to release something that said crap on the box?

I'm looking for a complete-in-box Worm Whomper and Dreadnaught Factor for Intellivision in Good/Very Good condition. If you have either and are looking to sell, please let me know what you are asking for them. Thanks!

Bought a number of CIB Intellivision games from boxpressed. All were well packaged and worked as expected. Thanks!

Intellivision Ebay Roundup
bikeguychicago replied to IntellivisionDude's topic in Intellivision / Aquarius
I bought one recently that was marked as game and box only for $40 BIN. When I received it, it had everything included. I'm not sure that, if the seller had known it was complete, would have affected the selling price. I have also seen ones CIB selling for around $98-110, though these seem to never sell and get re-listed constantly. -

i got them last week and they are as great as everyone said they were. Too bad he doesn't offer them for all of the Super Pro series games. -

Oh geez. And it's from Utahmountainrose, which means it'll probably sell for the price of a used car. -
I'm considering ordering a few games from liwer2006 (the Venezuelan seller) on eBay. I saw that he recently updated his shipping from the 30-40 days snail mail to FedEx 3-day shipping. Has anyone ordered from him since this change-over? If so, were the delivery times as listed? Also, are there any concerns in ordering from him in general? Do the games arrive in good shape or are they damaged in-transit (as I experienced when ordering from some other country)? Thanks!

Selling Intelligentvision games
bikeguychicago replied to UberArcade's topic in Intellivision / Aquarius
Are you selling any of them at Buy it Now pricing? -
The Astrosmash and Shark! Shark! remakes are now available for the PS Vita. You need to first download the Playstation Home Arcade app from the Playstation Store. Once you've done that, you can download each through the app. Each game is $1.49. I've downloaded both and like the pseudo-retro graphics each is using. I was kind of disappointed that they didn't retain the original sound effects from Astrosmash (I'm not sure about Shark! Shark! since I don't yet own the original game). I've only just bought both so I really can't review them fully yet. I'll update later. Note that both games are also supposed to be available through Playstation Home this week on the PS3. However, since I avoid PS Home like the plague, I wouldn't know that if it is actually available or where one would find it when it was available.

I'm looking to trade my Intelligentvision copy for Donkey Kong Arcade for another homebrew game. The game is complete in box and is in very good condition (there are a slight dents in the box - see pics). The game works without issue but, since I have an HDTV, the Elecktonite version actually works better for me since it has the 30FPS mode. Games I'm particularly looking to trade for are any of the following: - Stonix - Space Patrol - Super NFL Football - Illusions - Spina the Bee Thanks!

I doubt I'll ever get to 125 mostly because of the cost involved. I did have some of the harder to find ones at one time (like Mud Buggies) but sold them off when I was trying to streamline my games in general. Mostly, I'm interested in gettings the ones I know I want (like Tut) and the homebrew ones that I find interesting. In retrospect, I do regret not getting Super NFL as it would be a nice compliment to WSMLB. -
I have no plans to dump the ROM or modify it in any fashion (for starters, I would have no idea where to begin). I was just looking for a way to avoid the pain of loading anything from cassette. I'm still haunted by memories of what happened when you bumped a Timex Sinclair RAM pack the wrong way and to start from scratch...

Yes. I was wondering if it were possible to save to solid-state media vs. cassette. Maybe even using a digital record vs. and old cassette recorder.

Sweet! I was just able to pick up a CIB Popeye that looks to be in excellent condition for $12. Now if only Tut or Super Cobra were that cheap. -
Is it possible to use modern technology (I.e. SD Cards) to store programs created with the Computer Module or game data that would have normally been stored to a cassette? If so, what solution have you used successfully? Thanks!

My Intellivision collection (so far)
bikeguychicago replied to bikeguychicago's topic in Show Us Your Collection!
The psuedo-3-D effect is there in the commonly-available Hover Force cart. However, it requires special glasses in order to see it. There is no specific '3-D' version of the game. Left Turn Only has the glasses available for $2.50 plus shipping, if you're interested (see the Misc section of the page). The ones shown in the picture were ordered from there. -
The 2013 Intellivision collection picture thread
bikeguychicago replied to Rev's topic in Intellivision / Aquarius
I forgot to mention that my Championship Tennis and World Cup Soccer games were new from case. That is until they were shipped from Italy -- sorry I didn't know at the time -- shrink-wrapped together in a padded mailer even though I specifically asked the seller to ship them in a box.
