  1. So when and where is the next game night?
  2. I use VGCollect.com. They also have an Android and (I assume) an iOS app.
  3. I'm looking to see if anyone has a box for Frogger II for the 5200 that they are looking to sell. I saw that there is one listed on eBay but, after shipping to the US, it'd be around $50, which is twice what I paid for the game. If you have one you are willing to part with, please DM me. Thanks!
  4. Can we nominate a Rule 8: 'Screw you, I'll just play the ones I'm missing on my flash cart!'?
  5. If you can find a broken 5200 or 8-bit that could also be a source for the POKEY
  6. Someone might have to start up a 5200 Homebrew Podcast with all this new stuff coming out
  7. I don't think they really cared what the label for the Pole Position II looked like since it was the pack-in anyway.
  8. Considering the resolution you have to work with, they playfield looks great. It still retains all the elements of the original even if you loose a bit in the translation.
  9. This will be an instant buy for me with box when it becomes available.
  10. It'd be interesting to see what a Sega-produced version of Zaxxon would look like on Intellivision. I would hope it would have been better than the dreck we got from Coleco.
  11. Do I sense another episode of the Atari 7800 Homebrew Podcast forthcoming? Yes. Yes I do.
  12. Prince of Persia (original). Of course, being a 7800 port, I would also expect it to control like Karateka
  13. McDade's. Wow, that brings back some memories. That building where it used to be is still there, though it's some warehouse/manufacturing plant now.
  14. I have one myself. It's a bit primitive but a fun system nonetheless.
  15. Just picked this up. Sega 5200 collection is now complete and all in-box too

    From the album: Purchases

  17. Is that some weird variant of an M Network game getting inserted into the console on the illustration for section 4?
  18. Are the countries of origin different between the versions? That could possibly explain some of it.
  19. The Tutorvision's neighbor (a 2609 Inty I) left a lot to be desired. While it was fully accessible, it had Donkey Kong as its only demonstration cart.
  20. I'll be there again this year as well. I've considered bringing my homemade Asteroids controller and hooking it up to someone's 2600 and see if they notice.
