    Fist of All I never said your theories were Silly. I said i disagree. Second of all ,I have heard about about your great collection. I have the up most respect for you. I will probably never have a collection as nice as yours. But I am trying. :) I wasnt refering to you on the advice of collecting CIB games between $50 to 500 that adviced was for the novice collector or someone who has been just buying loose carts. Who might want to get into the Boxed ones. I see some long time vetran Collectors gettting frustrated buy the Prices that certian Carts are going for Now. Ones that they dont have in there Collections. Like the Gravitar Silver. It is not a $200 boxed cart like it was 2, 3 years ago. And LochJaw not a $800 boxed cart any more. Too many People are getting into this hobby. I would be very frustrated my self. But think about all the great deals the Vetran Collectors have gotten. I wish I would have Collected since the 80s and even the 90s I just got into this Hobby about a litte bit more than a year ago. I really wanted to jump in a get the carts I had from when I was younger. I study the market about a year and then a little bit more than year ago I jumped in. I am verry happy with this hobby and the People that I have met on AA Some real nice people. I hope I did not come across as disrespectul to you Marco. You dont know the admriation I have of your experince in the hobby. I am very Jealous. I like a good debate. With your experince in this hobby and my experience in the Collectables market and trends I am sure we will have a few more. :D Peace My Atari Brother.

    Hello and welcome. I lived in SA for 28 years. ON the South Side of Town is the best Mexcian food. Chips and hot sauce and Carne Guisada I have to eat AZ food now, Yuch. LOL Any way game on my brother. :D

    I do not belive in your theory Marco. Ok in theory it worked on the Magic Card Rigt? Worng This cart is a Boring Cart. NO box, no casing no game. This one was also reparied. It is not high on my collecting list because of these reasons as the same with other collectors. Every one thought that Fantastic Four #! for $50 in 1971 was abusurd and when all the big collectors get thiers. Everyone could find them for $5 again. LMAO Vintage games are a new market. between 25 and 30 years. When more people get in the prices will keep going up. When the rare items keep gettiing bought up, less items. Why am I defending this theory. I have seen it happen before. 30 years IN the collectables Market. Why do I care. I want more people in the hobby. I think it is a great hobby. Just like a comic you can do something with it. Back in the Early 80s kids stopped collecting Comcs and what were they doing instead? Playing video games. When more and more adults start getting Nostalgic and getting up in there Job pay. They will say I remeber playing atari when I was a kid. Then it happens they get bitten by the bug.

     

    Monster Rare itmes (Magila, LochJaw, Magic cart ext) will go up and down a bit for a while. Untell this market gets established. The games that are between $50 and $500 will keep going up. A piece of advice get them while you can. Of course CIB. This Hobby is great for another reason. People with not that high of income can collect too. The best gameS are cheap and if you just collect loose carts. There are a ton of them for less than $20

     

    I am a collector of these Items will not sell anything, unless I have to, for a long while. I love these carts very much. I dont like anybody to be disscurged into getting in the hobby or from buying, because someone says, these items are going to go down in price. It all comes down too. Do I have the extra money and How bad do I want it? Players, Collectors all that matters is if you are having fun. So HAVE FUN :D

    If this price is so outrageous. Why hasnt any body on AA offered one ON this thread. Maybe because some of the Top Collectors dont have one and dont have any duplicates. There has been Two Chuck Wagons CIB on Ebay in ayear. There has only been one of these on here. This Cart CIB IS very Rare and deserves a better rating. Loose cart is maybe an 8 but CIB I give it a 9 maybe a 10 I belive that it doesnt get the respect because there is another Version That is common. I gurrante that if there wasnt a red version, this would Rate and easy 10 The last verified sale was $250 Every Collector said the would pay that in a heartbeat. Ok 10 collectors one cart a year. The price is not going to stay at $250 Supply and demand.

    You have to be tough in the trenches. There hasnt been one of these CIB on ebay in over a year. I told an AA member that I was sniping at $450 he said I was nuts. I wanted it bad. Someone else wanted it more than I would spend. Good for him Congrates. He still hasnt won as if someone sends this guy a $601.00 bid you can win it too. So Ill be happy with what I purchased through a couple of AA Members yesterday. Yes be looking for Pictures in about a week. LOL

    Ended early?  That figures.  I put a watch on the auction after this thread opened.  I don't even want to guess how much money the seller got offered for Condor Attack, but I'm sure it's now far out of my price league.

     

    This person is going to relist them separatley on Sunday. You still have a chance. :)

    All though I worship all Atari Items ( Yes even Pacman LOL) The only true value is in the Condor. YOu might get a couple more dollars if you list them separately but not much. If you have time you can try, but might not sell some. You will do well with the Condor. :D add on OOPs really didnt see the 4 in one games. I dont know much about those You can try listing them separately and see what happens :)

    I have been a Collector, Dealer for over 30 years. In many differnet Collectables. I have paid five times what something is supposley worth and turned sold it for 10 times. In my world there is no such thing as to High. Now I might get mad at ebay sometimes, when a person wants something more than . I have been a collector of Vintage games for a bit now. I dont sell any of these as this is my favorite hobbby right now. I feel that your payment on these is not out of line at all ,and on the 2, it was a steal.

    Is there 3 units if so split them into three lots, If you dont have much spare time. Rick is right though. IF you have time to put everything on ebay seperate, You will get more. $100 bad day $200 good day. Man that is a lot of time though.

    Split the units and Joys sticks ect. Then the games. Put some scarecer ones in each. Put em out at. $9.99 starting bid see what happens. If you worried about what you will get put a reserve on each one. When I sell stuff on ebay (and I sell a lot) I never put a reserve on anything. But if I put it on ebay I want to get rid of it. Be sure you include the correct Postage it wil cost a bit to Pack them right. If I had to quess at what you will get. $50 on a bad day for both combined. Maybe a hundred on a good day. Auctions on Sunday ending at 7 east coast time seems to do me the best. Also maybe some one on here might want to PM you and make an offer for the lot. I hope this helps.

    Thanks everyone. I love this batch I got in. The Tron was Number one on my most wanted list. Now SPY Hunter CIB is most wanted. With Track n field CIB runing close behind. I have both carts so I would take Boxes and Instructions for them Also. Yes Mega that is a real Condor. Scouping chin of ground. LOL. THe batch was a lot, close to a G, But well Worth it. Man I am hooked on this stuff. :D
