Same setup and it works great!

My girls favorite game is Robot Tank on 2600 and Tetris arcade. We did play Red Dead Redemption all the way through together on PS3.

Last year I picked up a CIB Master System, (2) CIB Arcade Sticks,(2) CIB Trackball Controllers, CIB 3D Glasses and 30+ Boxed games and cards. Most of the stuff was new or as new and it came from a house being demolished. The contractor found the stuff and I got it all for $100. Needless to say I keep close contact with the guy to this day but nothing since that first find. I am impressed in the 3D technology of the time,it's not just a gimmick but it needed more games for sure.

What I'm planning on doing is salvaging every working part and piece to offer the community as needed for projects or restoration. \m/ -
The Official "Thrift finds" Thread

I'm somewhat embarrassed to admit this but I have a total of 23 working 2600's (Heavy Sixer to Jr) and another 28 or so that are in need of some small repair and lord only knows how many donor ones. A reseller sold me an entire full sized van load of "non-working" consoles, controllers, parts, etc for $50 last year. I'm still sorting through it but it seems if it didn't work instantly when he hooked it up he considered it junk, so far about 60%+ only took a cleaning or cord repair. The same goes for a couple hundred carts that "didn't work", nothing very rare but most just needed cleaning. I wish I could find these kinda deals more often but room would soon become a bigger issue than it already is. \m/ -

Just picked up a shiny and barely used Vader for a $1.00 at a local thrift shop, you can never have to many 2600's in my book! -
I know its not the same thing but for me you can't beat the JXD S7300 for gaming in the go. It is essentially a 7" ultra widescreen tablet loaded with physical controls that can be mapped in any combination you want with emulators from 2600 up to PS1 and it runs them all fantastically. HDMI out, touchscreen, custom ROMs (NCCE v1.1), play store, Micro SD and the list goes on. The only drawback I have found is below average battery life for a comparable sized tablet albeit its doing lots more. Here is the link:

I have a boxed as new 4 port and several 2 and 4 port unboxed, boxed and unboxed trackball controller, 7 controllers unboxed and 2 new in box controllers, 2600 adapter a CIB Space Dungeon and 40+ loose carts (multiples of some) and finally 2 CIB Masterplay 5200 controller adapters. I helped an unknown (aside from a couple emails) person who was struggling with a very difficult family situation that I too had dealt with and when I drove 11 hours to meet this gentleman in person, knowing from our emails my love for all things gaming, I then understood why he was adamant about meeting in person. This gentleman gave me his entire collection of vintage gaming and computer items that he no longer could enjoy and insisted I accept it in return for my support. There are a few lessons to be taken from this, there is always someone less fortunate than ourselves and if at all possible we should help if we are able without any expectation for repayment and as shown many, many times on this forum, gaming is more than just an activity but something that has the ability to change lives in so many great ways. \m/ Rock On AA!

Thanks for the info but I just completed a deal with AA member masschamber. \m/

Yea, That's been the plan for awhile but I never seem to have enough time to move it forward so I made a small one in my house and just rotate games right now. I thought for a short time I was going to get the building my neighborhood arcade was located but it fell through.

You Tube Video: The Black & White era
Hyperboy replied to almightytodd's topic in Arcade and Pinball
I'm a huge fan of the black and white games, currently in my house is Stunt Cycle, Atari Basketball, Atari Baseball and a 2 player and 4 player Atari Football. Atari Football and Stunt Cycle are two of my all time favorite arcade machines of any generation, partially from a nostalgic view (and trackball pinches on my palms) and the great cab and control designs. Great Video, Thanks!! -
I'm looking for a battlestation II controller complete with all cables/hookups and preferably in the box. Thanks in Advance, ~Hyperboy
