Status update: I've been out of commission in terms of being active mostly because I recently broke my glasses.
I can see rather well without them, but it's hard on my eyes. With that said, no glasses until next week. lmao -
Can anyone recommend the C64 mini? I'm thinking of getting one.

Just ordered an 800XL to set next to my 130XE. We're gonna need a bigger boat.

Discovered why my room was so cold. It's never good to have your window open just a crack when it's 18 degrees out.

Our dog has been at the vet for 2 days. She will probably not come home tomorrow. Everything sucks.
However, she was immortalized a few years ago thanks to @frankodragon

Considering some of the weird posts, trolling or generally questionable posts of late........I think I kinda miss Keetah around here....😝🤷♂️

So many great AAers no longer here. I loved the days of the Corn posts (Lost ... somewhere in the Corn post) and the Atati Age posts (Hi Atati Age. Miss me?) LOL. Many moons ago though. So much fun and camaraderie. If all goes well I will do Secret Santa again this year. I may even do a Spring/Summer gift exchange, we'll see how things go.

I don't want no scrub. A scrub is a guy who won't get no love from me! Hanging out the passenger side of his best friends ride, tryin to holla at me

in Korea Ottogi brand pasta sauce is absolutely amazing, unfortunately i can't find it in the states and shipping is utterly nuts since it is in glass jars. If you ever visit Korea, buy yourself a jar of the stuff, and bring it home, it's great.

fixed my 7800's power button, much nicer not needing to press it 10 times to power up,

fired up my 2600 harmony. superb! also fired up my AVG cart for the 800XL. Excellent!

I like LCD TVs, esp. with a Retro Tink. And 7800s with AV/S Video and a nice joystick. Han shot First. Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, and Judas Priest...I don't even have to finish the sentence. Seeing the screen properly on an original Game Boy is like driving an exotic sports car when there's nothing wrong with it. It's quite the experience, but the stars have to align. I remember once in college, I sat outside on my astro-turf covered staircase with the sun behind my back, shining perfectly for 15 minutes on my Game Boy screen! I was playing a borrowed game...Something with Easter Island heads and a ship, like R-Type or Gradius...Who remembers? T'Was Great! All the screen magnifiers, backlighting, bivert mods, etc., IPS screens, Analogue Pockets, Evercades, GB SPs esp. AGS 101s, well, all seem like I'm chasing a comet trying to recreate that one day where I could somehow see that olive green grayscale monstrosity properly...

I got a robot vacuum from Amazon for a good price and took it for a test run last night. It works very good!!

Mandela Effect- there was never a movie called Shazaam, starring Sinbad, released in the 90s
-
Yes exactly. Kazaam and Shazaam are similar and so are Shaq and Sinbad. Conflation. It's also always about pop culture or the Bible, or things that can easily be misremembered (like Schulz vs Schultz or Berenstein vs Berenstain). The Mandela Effect is never about sports though because no one ever says they remember the Bengals beating the 49ers in a Super Bowl LOL. It's also incredibly self centered to say that your own memory is correct but what is written/recorded is incorrect.

Are there any good Indiana Jones games? I know the NES ones suck...but there must be at least 1-2 good ones out there on some platform.
