It emulates the entire A8 series apparently, including the 5200.

"dropping bombs on buildings, tanks and battleships will do that! "  Should be able to do that for years (like the original sticks) not just three games. 

As much as I love the Atari 400, I think the best translation would have been in a XEGS design.  That one you had to plug up a keyboard, same with this one.   XEGS might not be as popular a look, but was the most practical with a deteched keyboard for the Atari 8 line.

Haven't ordered one yet, but I will soon enough.

What did you play? I'll take a guess 2600= Yars Revenge or River Raid. 800XL=Donkey Kong or Q*Bert. Was I close?? LOL

LOL nope - Air/Sea Battle for the 2600 and Atlantis for the 800xl.

oohh better luck on me next time...I have min play time with air/sea and I'm pretty sure I never played Atlantis on 8-bit computers... have fun...

Frogger is not the 2600 version. It has no music but it is a decent rendition.

I have one but the dpad/joysticknubthing really sucks... but I only paid $7 for mine CIB at a thrift store.

PG&E once shut off power to my apartment at 4.54pm on a Friday for nonpayment.  The irony was that I'd paid the bill that morning, in person, in one of their offices.  It wasn't even overdue; they just screwed up and left me without power for an entire weekend, copping the attitude of, "gee, that sucks."

That's at the low end of the scale compared to what they've recently been up to, but PG&E can eat a fat turd in hell as far as I'm concerned.

I could not defeat the final boss, sadly.

Possibly my favorite game ever, besides Star Control II.  Certainly one of the most polished- a pleasure to play.

There were a lot of great parts, but a lot of frustration as well.  IMHO MP3: Corruption is the pinnacle - all the great bits of the Prime series, none of the bad.
