  1. Another quality point and click adventure, agreed! Good story, great puzzles, and it's INDIANA JONES!
  2. Not a problem, glad I could help. You can also give LoK book 2 and book 3 a try as well after Book One. 2 and 3 are good but I still like Kyrandia 1 the best. You can check out the screenshots on mobygames.com
  3. Legend of Kyrandia book 1 for MAC or DOS - great story, great puzzles, great graphics, great sound/music.

Great gentleman, sold me an Atari 810 with all of the hookups. Great price and the drive works like a dream (sleazy car salesman joke). Anyway, great communication, great packaging, all around fantastic! Thanks!
  5. The character's name is Brandon and the game starts out in a tree house. His uncle Kalyk is turned to stone by the evil jester Malcolm. The game play is superb and there is a really tough sequence where you have to use 'fire berries' (like you mentioned earlier) in a dark cave to light your way out - you may even find an emerald treasure in there! Anyway, you can get the game from almost any abandonware DOS site I think. There are birth stones as well, an amulet and lots of magic. A 10 out of 10 in my book!
  6. I found the link on Mobygames, check the screen shots - maybe yes? or maybe no? The music is great - much better on the Mac (the platform I played it on) than DOS. http://www.mobygames...end-of-kyrandia
  7. eBay Auction -- Item Number: 170791317546 This should be on Craigslist - that's where you'll get your $120. Never posted here before so I hope the link works.
  8. 80s Joes are great, but I like M.A.S.K. better. I know they are not the same, but I just never got into Joes. Star Wars, Transformers, M.A.S.K. yes, but nojoe. Nice figures ya got for sale, though. Good luck!
  9. Good luck, I looked and didn't see anything I was looking for at the moment, but you have a lot of great hard to find games. I have the Coleco baseball game - had it since I was 12. Superb head to head baseball game. I gotta ask, though - what's up with the Cuisinart?
  10. I agree with your strategy, it's worked for me (and you too!). Patience is the key, and I looked at those prices you mentioned - too rich for my blood - but that's his business and his absolute right as an American, so no disrespect . It's nice when you can be patient and find those .99 cent gems or the lot where everything plus shipping ends up costing less than .99 cents each! Anyway, I'll keep a look out for you if I come across any more 2600 game lots. I hope I can find something for ya.
  11. Yeah, I've tried PM'ing her a few times, no response. So_Tough, please let us know if she's OK, she seems like a great gal, thanks a bunch! Getting a little concerned, I think she had a few health issues.
  12. Sounds like The Legend Of Kyrandia to me - and if it is, it's my favorite PC game of all time!
  13. Thanks for replying to the PM, I just moved as well so I know how things go! We've still got half a garage full of boxes - oh, the work ...

    bah

Paid for shipping for some free O2 games. Paid quickly, great communication. Thank you!
  15. Purchased an Atari 130XE from me, paid quickly and had great communication. Thanks a bunch, A+!
  16. Why does it cry?

  17. Exactly what he said. Come up with a ballpark figure and post some pics. Put it in the 'Marketplace' thread and you'll probably sell it right away if it's priced well. Good luck! I may ... be ... interested ... no! Must .. resist .. the .. urge!
  18. At least offer free shipping! Or, give the buyer the courtesy of a reach around.
  19. PM sent for some o' those great games!
  20. yes, i still have them. two of the joysticks are delayed in their response and act like they just need to be cleaned and the other two don't move left - may be the same issue. I haven't opened them up. I hope that helps.
