  1. i hit a few yard sale yesterday and found some old Camp Snoopy drinking glasses & a Garfield glass for $1. There were a TON of PC disc games at this yard sale too but I glanced through them and they were mostly war games so I passed.

I also found a few orange card POTF figures like Yoda and a Stormtrooper.

A few Wii games (Clone Wars lightsaber duel among them - my boys will love it) and some DS/GBA games like Animal Crossing Wild World (complete in box)

Then I found some N64 games: Perfect Dark, New Tetris and Quake, all in very good condition.

  2. The switch are probably for drive ID number. Commodore disk drive are shipped factory set to 8 and with the exception of 1541-II no easy way to change it other than to open the drive and hope you cut the right jumper. Many skilled people added switches so they could change ID anytime.

very astute. I concur. I never attempted that on my 1541 as I am all thumbs - but I remember back in the day many of my friends doing just that. I opted for the 1571 drive when I purchased my 64C.

BTW - free bump and good luck with the sale. The C128 is a great machine.

  3. Good Times sent me a large lot of DS and GBA carts for my kids and I am sending him some Playmates Star Trek Figs. You can't beat that deal!

I also got a few sweet surprises in the box.

    totally recommended. thanks!

  4. I would like to trade these Star Trek figures for a game or two or whatever - or you could buy them for $20 OBO (plus shipping). I don't expect much so shoot me whatever offer you have, trade or $.

I had these for sale a few months ago and I thought they were gone but the deal never materialized ... then I moved and they were stuck in a box (which I just found) - so here they are again.

All figures are NIP, never opened, most are in good condition. The bubble on Data is a bit smooshed.

The figures are: TNG Ferengi (1992), TNG Guinan (1993), TNG Romulan (1992), Generations Data (1994), Generations Dr Soran (1994), Generations Kirk Space Suit (1994), Captain Pike (1996), Martia (1995).

I am currently looking for carts/disks/discs: Atari 8 bit, Commodore 64, Atari 2600, Wii, Nintendo DS, Nintendo GBA, N64, Gamecube.

All offers welcome! PM me if interested. Thanks!

  5. went to a flea market after work today and I picked up two more DSi's (a red one and another pink one - you can't have too many pink Nintendo DS's .. amiright???) plus Frogger for GBA, Sonic Sega All Stars Racing for the DS, Super Mario 64 DS, Bowser (Skylanders/Amiibo) and a few Skylanders trap crystals- all for $20. Now all of my kids have their own DS and they can play games together on their own handhelds. There was a TON of PS2 sports games, but reluctantly I passed. No non-sports GC games and not many good Wii games :-(
