  I'm not sure it will get rid of your bad app, but it's worth a try. It is a really good program, I update it and run it once every two weeks just to help keep the computer clean. And it is free.

  Also try CCleaner. It unistalls annoying apps that won't show up in the Winblowz Unistall list.
