  1. So what parts did you use? Is this something that is fairly easy to do for someone on the tight budget?

I've learned not to throw anything, so I have lots of materials from TVs, Motherboard, and more .. capacitors, resistors, diodes, crystals, ect.. used but all tested and working ..

Well i have use polyester caps instead ceramic, crystal, 14.3, instead 14.3XXX,other colors led,s, using other similar type to Le33 (low voltage) regulator 3.3v, I made by myself the network resistors, the connector SIO, the circuit PCB, ect.. cost only 3 euro to buy the ATMEGA8.

I have made it in free time.. so takes about total of 10-12 hours work, shedding at intervals..but is funny work! ;)

  2. Hi my little experience with Sdrive maybe help someones..

download free version this program.. EaseUS Partition Master Home Edition: > download.cnet.com/EaseUS-Partition-Master-Home-Edition/3000-2248_4-10863346.html

Install it.. > run program> put your card on card reader > found the card on the list > right click on it > delete partition> make new partition with checking (V) primary partition, take exit program, (Easeus ask to finish the commands .. select YES (with out restart computer) ,you OK!

Put the (Sdrive.atr) file on the root on SDcard and now test it on Sdrive!

Support cards and testing 256MB A-DATA , Kingston 2GB (microSD adapter SD)

The SD cards must be not biggest of 2GB.

    Have fun.
