  1. The NES30 Pro works fine both with Bluetooth and wired - though for some reason I can't upgrade the firmware (not that I really wanted to but still). However, the FC30 Pro has been a big problem for me. Initially, it connects via Bluetooth fine to my Windows 10 laptop. However, if I turn off the controller and turn it back on, it will reconnect for a split second and then disconnect - and the lights go back to flashing blue. I need to unpair the device and repair it completely for it to work again.

I was having this same problem but I think I've fixed it. This post helped a lot:

    http://atariage.com/forums/topic/266700-8bitdo-fc30-pro-not-reconnecting-to-bluetooth-on-windows-10/

    What I did:

    - upgraded to firmware 4.0.1

    - cleared pairing

    - paired using Start + X

    - when powering on, use Start + X

    What I have:

    - Windows 10

    - 8bitdo SFC30 and SNES30

    - generic USB bluetooth adapter

Hope that helps someone. The docs on these things are super confusing.

  2. I am thinning out my large collection of classic video games. Some pictures posted here:

I'm basically in housecleaning mode here: I'm looking for collectors who are interested in taking big chunks of this stuff off my hands and give it a good home. I'm less interested in parting out a few games here and there.

There is some rare stuff in there. Contact me at (etc at pcal dot net) if you're interested and we'll work something out. Strongly prefer if you can pick up or receive in San Francisco area.
