  1. Holy ^$!!!!! My friend was thrifting around at a Goodwill, and found a Sega system that both of us (we're Sega nuts) have never heard of!!! We think its a prototype! It only came with 1 hookup (an RF unit), but we can supply a power cord. Im not joking! As soon as I can, I'll try to got yall some pictures. Ok, if you want a discription: Its small, not much bigger than an original Game Boy, black (like so many other Sega systems...) and has a cartride slot that, now this is the wierd part, both 32X AND Genesis carts can fit in!!!! How the Hell?!?!?!?!?! Pictures shall come soon!! (And no, we havent tested it yet... but Im doing that as soon as we find a power cord!)
  2. Ok, eaisier said than done. I can't find it anywhere. Can someone help me here? Im downloading not only for old-time's sake, but for my little cousin (7 yo) who might enjoy it. (Well, I guess Im looking for Treasure Mountain and Outnumbered.)
  3. Thank you sooo much!!!!! Oh man, Outnumbered.... I remember that one... That was fun. Educational gaming at its best. Im surprised I forgot that one, now I remember playing all the time......... Good Days, Good Days.... Now Im off to download it!!!
  4. Hell, next thing you know, we'll get a re-make of "Tom Sawyer". GOD I HATED THAT GAME!!!!!!! ARRRRGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!! WHY DO YOU MAKE A VIDEO GAME OUT OF A BOOK?!?!?!?!?! AND NOT HAVE ANYTHING FROM THE BOOK IN THERE AT ALL?!?!?!?!? ARRRRRGGGGGHHH!!!!! THERE IS NO GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ...ok, done ranting.
  5. I wouldn't mind "A Boy And His Blob", But I'd MUCH, MUCH, MUCH, MUCH RATHER HAVE A PORT OF RIVER CITY RANSOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  6. I dont have a Cube, and dont have any friends who have Wind Waker. Don't get me wrong, Wind Waker looks cool, but I dont think ANY Zelda will ever be better than my favorite: Zelda: A Link To The Past!!!!!!!!!!
  7. Its very cool that he can do that. It would be SO COOL, if he could run a Mac OS or Knoppics on an X-box.
  8. In my entire life, I only bought 1 EGM. EGM dosent deserve to be called a magazine. The Lynx is my 2nd favorite Atari system, (2600 being my favorite, of course.) and my 6th favorite system overall. EGM frikkin sucks, and come to think of it, almost all of the game magazines today suck, I mean... ...well, you know what I mean.
  9. There a game I remember from my childhood, but naturally I can't remember the name... Both were kinda like RPGs... This one more than the other: I remember you having to collect items, such as snowballs, parts of a catapult, gems, and weapons. The main character was COVERED in coats and jackets and stuff... you couldnt see his face. I remember one part where you had to get these "spikie things" to climb up this wall... The biggest letdown of the game was when you FINALLY got all the way up to the top, You fell back down! This game involved math and was played only on Mac if that helps.
  10. Quite Right! By the way, my 2600 is in my van, down by the river!!!
  11. Today, as I was browsing around the SwapUSA, I found a XENOPHOBE cart, bought it, took it home, and it works. I am very pleased.
  12. Yeah, you're thinking of the IIe. I bought one just to play those old games from elementary school. Should you ever run into one of those, I will gladly send you some of the duplicates or triplicates that I have. What was your favorite (educational, for the IIe) game back then? Mine I think was called Path Tactics. If not that, it was a game that I cant remember, where you customized a car and raced it... really cool. If anyone knows the title of that game please tell me.
  13. You regret that when you have to start blowing out the CDs and the Cube...
  14. You're not alone, I thought it was pretty cool... ...but Im still not very good at driving at night...
  15. Hmm... Thats strange... Warlords is also on DC, and you're able to do 4-p on it, maybe they had to emulate the 2-p version to save space?
  16. Don't worry, Link dosent taste that good. Now Donkey Kong... that stuff's the shizz
  17. Well, maybe. But for now, I'll stick with Atari Star Wars.
  18. I would also like to add that as of now, I have no special liking to any of the new systems, although I lean a little toward X-box. However, that is a hard choice, because I have always been a Mac-Man myself. In fact, Im typing this on my iMac right now. Hell, I still have my old Apple IIe. I really hope Apple comes out with a gaming system, if that console would be like their computers, they'd beat the pants off of their competitors!
  19. If you really think so, then you need to see the Cube. Seriously. They've come back full circle and now have the BEST console on the market. Well, I checked out the Cube when it first came out. I thought, "Maybe they'll redeem themselves." However, I was treated to Pikmin, a crappy Star Wars game, and Luigi's Mansion. I havent checked it out since. Now, I will admit, Animal Crossing looks cool, and Metroid Prime could be nice, yet I dont know...
  20. I've already given my number 1, but I may as well give my list: 1: 2600 2: 7800 3: 5200 4: Lynx 5: Jaguar
  21. Definetley worth it. Buy it. A lot of people insult Sega systems, especially the Master System and the Saturn, but those 2 are some of the best consoles around. If you manage to buy it, heres a small list of games to get: All the Alex Kidd games, except Lost Stars Sonic F-16 Shinobi Kung-Fu Kid The Ninja Wonderboy Outrun Thats just a few, almost all SMS games are AWESOME! Except Lost Stars, Alf, and Pro Wrestling, those sucked
  22. Same here. Nintendo's best system was their first, they took the path of utter crap somewhere around N64.
  23. 2600. King of The Consoles. Second only to the Sega Genesis!
