Had my gallbladder out today. I went under at 2:30 and was home by 7:30. Not everything about the future sucks.

Yay, stomach flu! Right at the same time I'm trying to quit smoking via vaping.

I just walked through Best Buy with mountains and games and systems all around me, and didn't feel the slightest twinge of desire. Modern gaming is dead to me, and it feels good!

Well, I went into work today and was laid off. Despite being there for 3 1/2 years, having lots of experience and skills, and a pay raise a month ago, they told me it was a 'business decsion' and there wasn't enough work this year to justify the staff size. Now I'm home when I shouldn't be trying to process all this.
