Is that Scavone holding up the Iron Soldier poster?
-
Atari Owl seen the source to that one time

Straight transfer from system to system via IDE. No card swap etc.
-
Is there any way to do this?

Found it. It's my misremembering. I thought the game was implied to be more completed.
Including the link to tiny thread as it still may be interesting to some.

I really don't know. I ran across the quote a few months ago in an old old post pre 2005 around here. Trying to locate it again..
I can't remember if it's a direct quote or someone's heresay. I will keep looking.
It's probably just someone's misquote or misremembering.

Supposedly the racing game was completed. He approached Atari with it and they said you're too late. Should have brought it sooner.

No. You replied right before I hit the reply button

There is an ignore topic button that works great. I suggest you use it.
You just got someone else's thread locked when you should have been given a break from it by the moderator team.
This is very disappointing

1 hour ago, agradeneu said:Yeah, but Natives sprites are 16 bit, fluidly animated and look better. Also the sprite sizes are important for the number. higher number does not mean better. The sprite engine is 3K and fits into GPU SRAM, as you can read on Duraniks Jaguar page.
Look better than what? What are we comparing?
As for higher number not meaning better, the point of this was swap complaining about the OP supposedly being limited.

1 hour ago, swapd0 said:The Neo Geo doesn't need a lot of RAM because it reads the graphics and sound data from the cartridge, and they can be huge, also all sprites are in 4bits, so they don't take too much memory.
It's just an optimisation of the current machine, I don't understand why Atari released the console so fast when as soon as you code something you find a lot of bottlenecks and some missing features.
How many OP objects do you need? Programmers got 100s on screen

Well he did whip my ass at Klax first time out. Like he had a natural aptitude for it.
As for the dirty Jag I cleaned it off a bit. Then Sunday he went and bought a new shiny one. And went and bought an AvP cart to test it with.
Anyway he plugged the cart in and it ran fine. Then he went to walk his dog for about a half hour. In that interlude James purple Hampton showed up and asked if I needed him to sign anything. So I yanked out the AVP cart and handed it to him and told him to defile it. I had a black marker I borrowed from Albert to defile it with and Hampton held up his hand as if to say nay and proceeded to pull out a purple marker and went about defiling.
So VladR has an AvP cart autographed by the man himself.

It looks like it's coming along pretty good. And seems like most everything is in. Just needs polish now.

I like those suggestions.
While at the PRGE there were some firsts for VladR:
Playing the original Star Wars arcade.
Playing Outrun.
Playing Klax.
And we played the hell outta the free Pinball. Mostly the new Jurassic Park Pinball.

It will be up in a couple days.

Atari ST/TT/Falcon files from the Jaguar Extremist Pack #4
in Atari ST/TT/Falcon Computers

Just a bump on this and to clarify. Though it came from a JEP these are just files that Atari threw away with their Hard Drives when they went out of business.
Most of these TTP files have nothing to do with the Jaguar.
