yeah gunstar kinda funny the guy who had it for sale on ebay only wanted 300 and he was goign to let me have it for 280 , but the 400 u paid is funny. Oh well I have all the games already , i was just going to cherrry pick the collection and store the rest.

Yeah the screen size really sucks, i figured the least they couuld of done was let you pick the screen layout.But other than that I like it. Of course I have to buy the turbo grafx version to do some comparisions.

Oh yeah games I have played so far blue lighting primal rage baldies myst hover strike And the jem i played last and love the best VIDGRID Yes vidgrid rox, of course i didnt really care for it till they had some jimi hendrix tunes.That alone scored it a hit in my books.I think it pretty good they actually have some reputable bands other, than 2 good bands, and the rest we have never heard about.

Well I agree from the response about the xbox not having enough exclusive games.Yes they have halo and ??????? And you cant just count on 1 killer exclusive. Big deal.And crappy ports dont count as killer titles.The gamecube piece of crap , hardly.Play some metroid prime or some celda wind breaker , great games. As far as the controllers, maybe the flip side is, the reason why they are broken is because alot of people play them?? I know where i go to buy games people are always playing the cube , and the xbox doesnt have anyone playing it. If i did buy an xbox it just be for all the cool hacks( the xbox is a hacks paradise).But no big rush for me, my cube keeps me plenty happy:)

Well I have to add my 2 cents, number 1 how can u complain about the cost of BS gold. A older system no longer in production, and parts and such not avaliable. I think for me it would be a logistic nightmare trying to find parts for something 5-6 years old, and no longer mass produced. Also from everything I have read about BS the chips keep going up and up, so if they keep on increasing, the asking price would of been cheap. I think for the asking price when it was avaliable was more than reasonable, after all how long did they work on it on there own time? It was a labor of love, not for greed. And look at the game, Best JAG game out there.I think that it is pretty cool, that people can work for x amount of time on there free will and produce such a masterpiece. And yes people talk shit all the time about this that and everything else, but to go out and do it, is another thing.You going to talk the talk or walk the walk? Number 2 , so thunder and his boyz after completing the game and wanting to show it off went the extra mile and made nice manuals and boxes.You think they went to the local staples and bought boxes and paper to print there manuals and box there games.NO. Probaly all professionally done.That costs money, and depending on the volume probaly more for a lower run than a higher run per item.Remember none of this crap( boxes, inserts , manuals) Have no corporate backing or resources . You are on your own both finacially and production wise. Number 3- Yes the cost of these games from both songbird and scatlogic are well worth it.Considering over the years after the offical death of the jag, games are still made for it .So if you think 159, or 79 is to much remember there is a good chance u are helping to support future games being released.It is one thing to make homebrews , it is another to make professional games. Of which both companies have proved, and they did it on there own.It called devotion in case you were wondering.I am sure for the man hours and such put into these games the pay per hour would be that of a sweatshop. Considering they could rightfully put there programing /game development skills and financial backing to other current gen system projects that are very profitable. It is pure ignorance that shades your judement about the price of the games they sell at.

Anyways after patiently waiting for a jag cd to come my way, I finally got one (Thanx Kung fu guy .And yes I played all the jag cd games I had and for some reason the games dont impress me. But on a bright note the VLM is without a doubt worth the cost of the jag CD.Also is there anyone on the boards who could supply me with some games that were never released? I know i need a bypass cart and am willing to plunk down the coin for one, but without any games I am SOL, and doesnt seem worth the purchase.

yeah it pretty smooth frame rate. As far as price on it, i have seen it go for brand new in wrapper for a 20 dollar bin.Look other than ebay you might find a copy.Did you check the goat store? Also if you are patient dont bid to high, i seen it go for 3.25 like 2 weeks ago, unless u really really really want it, I wouldnt go to high considering it just a loose cart.
