  1. Hi all,

I was very excited to finally score an Atari Mega STE 4 a few weeks back.

Unfortunately it was damaged during shipping.

I would like to replace the case if possible.

If anyone has a case or parts machine they could sell please let me know.

The package was insured, if someone has an idea of what the case would cost, please PM me.

  2. They don't count as media. Many times, people have tried to save on shipping that way with my purchases, and it does not always work out. If the post office checks the package, one of 3 things can happen (depending on how each post office chooses to deal with it):

    1. it will be returned to sender (often damaged)

    2. it will arrive to the buyer, marked with insufficient postage (which the recipient will need to pay for the parcel to be released)

    3. it will disappear into post office limbo…never to be seen again (or at least not for a very long while).

IMHO, media mail is not an option.

Your correct, I used it a while ago for floppies, I read the description too quickly.

  3. A point on shipping.

I believe your games for sale count as "media" and therefore can be shipped using the super cheap media mail from USPS

I agree with the above comments about Paypal, and personally detest it when the buyer pays has to pay the fees or send payment as a gift.

It's 3%, sellers can charge a higher sell price if it really makes a difference. In reality is anyone really going to pay by cash or check anyway...

  4. I bought this modular rack system with a bunch of svhs professional editing equipment with the intention of turning it into a rack system for my vintage collection. I was going to mount three monitors in the top part and mount desktop systems on shelves through out the rest.

I thought it would be an easy way to access but also hide all the cords in the back. The sides top and front have covers, but he back is open.

It includes three off the tables, one is currently mounted as seen.

I have a ton of screws with it, there are also two speaker wires run into the top for monitor speakers.

After over a year of it sitting in my garage I am hoping someone else can put it to use.

There is a 17" dell CRT on top to give an idea of size, it comes apart into 9 pieces or could probably be completely disassembled into flat pieces.

I moved it on a trailer but it would fit on a pickup.

    Local pickup only.

I'm asking $150, but I would be willing to trade for vintage computer or video game hardware.

Looks like I can't upload pics from ipad, will reply from computer with pics.
