I have the same worries and already contacted Al by email last week about this. My parcel has vanished from the tracking page 30 days ago. After about 6 weeks Boulder Dash finally has arrived! And it even works, although it was packaged together with 3 magnets. I had to pick it up at my nearest post office and pay 17.41EUR taxes. I'll reserve a whole evening for playing it this week. Thanks to Al, Andrew and Thomas for their efforts, be it programming or doing the logistics.

The last time I heard from my package was when it arrived at a USPS sort facility in Chicago 10 days ago. Should be arriving in Germany now any time soon! Or maybe it's at customs and they are playing it already...

Even I am getting impatient after half a year of waiting...

9. Retrobörse für klassische Videospiele im Ruhrgebiet (12.5.2012)
achtbits replied to j_eits's topic in International
I got the CX77 touch tablet, and now I need a computer!!!
achtbits replied to VidGameKing's topic in Atari 8-Bit Computers
Thanks for pointing this out, but yes, I had seen that. A bit less means several 100% less in this case. Must have been a lucky day for VidGameKing back then What would be reasonably priced in your opinion? -

Wow, for $5. I've been trying to get one for quite some time, but they sell for no less than 40 Euro usually :/ and I hesitated to pay that much so far. -
Atari 8-bit Ethernet and Contiki - Want your help!

I don't think it's the wrong thread. But one more cable connected to your Atari won't do any harm -
Atari 8-bit Ethernet and Contiki - Want your help!
achtbits replied to Cybernoid's topic in Atari 8-Bit Computers
I discover great 8-bit projects every day. Great work and now I'll follow this thread. I don't want to miss the day when pre-orders are possible. -
That was pretty fast. Packages within Germany sometimes take longer. I hope they are as you expected.

The T-handle Space monster and the football game are still left. I'll put them on ebay now, as I didn't get any requests for them from you or those who asked didn't get back to me. Thanks for your interest.

I can see that there was a label attached to the end where the LEDs stick out, but it's gone now. The LEDs don't light up, when switching the console on. I have no idea whether this is a custom job. I can provide more detailed pictures of the cartridge if you want. Overall I'm overwhelmed by the interest in all four of these cartridges. I guess I'll collect incoming messages for a week or so and then let your offers decide who gets what. I'd rather give them to someone here at AtariAge then selling them on eBay. Now I need to sleep.

I openend another post by accident and there's the link to the pictures. But here it is too: Got about 15 PMs already, most of them from the U.S. of course. So please take into account that insured shipping costs would be around $20 from Germany! Won't send uninsured. If you are interested in one or more of the carts, please let me know your offer in your PM.

I found a funvision t-handle space monster cartridge (without the label though) at a fleamarket. It is PAL (of course). It shows the funvision logo on screen.

Ebay: Atari 2600 Hot Shot VORFÜHRCASSETTE #1 !
achtbits replied to Northwinds's topic in Auction Central
Two weeks ago, when I was at the Retrobeurs in Apeldoorn, Netherlands, someone there offered me another HotShot Vorführcassette (I think it had number 6 on it) for 1000€. I kindly refused the offer... -
Today I found some interesting cartridges I hadn't seen so far at a flea market. T-handle cartridge (missing label) "Space Monster" from funvision (American) Football from I.I. 1982, Korea, nor further info about the company dual-game cartridge "Video Computer Program" with a switch and two LEDs (which don't work for me), switchable between Slot Racers (Atari) and Freeway (Activision), is this a pirate? Racing Car (or Traffic) by home vision I don't want to keep any of them, so if anyone is interested in one or more of them, let me know.

New Atari Compatible Console & Controllers
achtbits replied to Curt Vendel's topic in Classic Console Discussion
Indeed it is. Had to pick up a package from the U.S. at the customs office this morning and pay an additional "fee" for the well-being of my country. -
I just got a lot with 10 boxed, shiny new pick'n pile cartridges. All of them have the Activision logo on the back. I assume it was put there in error.

I've been looking for a PAL (B) XE game machine with the keyboard for quite some time now here in Germany. Last week I went to a retro game computer exchange in the Netherlands hoping to get one there, but nothing. Indeed I like how it looks and it's better suited for the living room than one of the XE/XL systems. So if one of you has a spare one to sell to me, please PM me.
