Moderators are people, too, often times with busy schedules.

If the post was not visible, then, how could I have Commented on the post to say that I Never saw it in the first place?

  6. Where did you hear this? Somebody was talking about it on one of the Sega forums, can't remember which one I will have to look. There was a thread talking about the Jaguar and the subject of his (I think) game Battlesphere was brought up and somebody said he had given up coding and was involved in politics now. Maybe it was just a joke or something, I don't know the community that well really so don't have much of an idea who he is or this Gorf guy that everyone seems to constantly talk about (I am guessing he made Gorf for the Jaguar?)
  7. Yeah I bought mine direct from Telegames a few years ago now.
  8. I personally have an official PAL TurboGrafx console. It drops the 16 from the name and is grey instead of black. It also has an RGB socket which is rather nice so you get an incredibly good picture from it. It plays all US games without any problem and of course Jap PCE games with an adapter. The official distributors of the machine were Telegames UK and it was sold in their shop as well as a number of independent game stores.
  9. As much as I like it the Neo Geo was far from a mainstream console I would still put it in there, remember the pc engine was only released in Japan, so it was only mainstream if you lived there Erm . . . . PC Engine was released as the TurboGrafx 16 in the US and got a limited release in Europe as the TurboGrafx, hence why its included as the PC Engine / TurboGrafx in this poll The Neo Geo sold in small numbers to home users and was never available in any shops that I know of.

  11. I saw this question asked on another forum I frequent and thought I would get the opinion of the members of this board as it seems to have a pretty large and active community. Basically the question is: Pick your favourite mid to late eighties 8-bit console and your favourite early 90's 16-bit console. On the other forum people tended to pick the console they grew up with and as it was a forum with mainly UK based members the SMS beat out the NES by a large margin and the MD beat the SNES by a little. I added in the TG and the 7800 (which was 2600 compatible) to make things more interesting.
  12. Sounds like somebody needs to make a hack
  13. Sensible Soccer If you are talking about hand-egg then it has to be Joe Montana Sportstalk Football on the Megadrive "Turns on the speed!"
  14. Mine is bad too but I found if I used it through an RF signal booster its loads better!
  15. Disagree. The original Ninja Gaiden is brilliant, best beat 'em up to appear on a handheld at that time. NG3 is utter crap though. Pit-Fighter uses almost 100% digitised graphics so you can understand why the game card had to be so big.
