I get sick and tired of people leaving them in the middle of the parking lot, especially on very windy days. If they're going to be that lazy, they might as well take the carts home with them!

How about the people who leave motorized shopping carts in the middle of a parking lot? You know, the ones that aren't even supposed to be outside the store!
