Alright just so everyone knows there is no way to play burned PSP games so pirates lower your flags to half mast. Apparently though PARADOX has cracked the UMD's though. A snippet from the .nfo . YES Trade-N-Games just made Jasoco his beeeoootch. I'm still stuck around 80,000-90,000 range so I guess that makes me everybody's bitch though. I usually do really well until I have to pause cause my hands fall asleep, when I restart I'm out of my groove.

Here we go quality is not good but I'm psyched up anyways.... Looks like some cool horse riding stuff. The villages look "Fable-ish" with the loitering kids, which is good thing towns should have lots of people and not just those that are important to quests. I hope they release alot of trailers for this at E3. Anyways just posting them here in case anyone hasn't seen them.

No praising everything that Nintendo does would make people like me but then obviously I don't care who likes me then. I just can't believe how many posts I saw saying that playing movies and such on handheld system made for games was for heathens. "Game systems are for games" the mantra of a Nintendo fanboy. Now since Nintendo is doing it it's such a great idea. Lemme guess it's also "innovative". Hmm I wonder if that was witty enough or should I revise what I wrote so people will like me. But everyone's big gripe with the PSP is the price and now everyone is going to shell out money for *another* add-on for a Nintendo handheld that brings it right up to the gasp price of the PSP. I must be stupid cause I just don't get it.

I won't play a 40 hour crap game. I also won't pay money for a three hour game. Why does everything have to be "TO THE EXTREME" all the time. Companies can make pefectly fine 20 - 25 hour games that are fun to play. If you honestly want to play a game that lasts three hours or spend 40+ hours playing a game that reeks of turd tYhen your crazy. Would I rather play a superbly crafted game that is shorter than average or play Drake of the 99 Dragons for 30 hours straight I'd pick the shorter game, but a three hour game is ridiculous.

$150 = DS $ 50 = Adapter $ 70 = memory card ______ $270 = total Umm just buy a PSP. Or am I missing something here?

It's a video game system that plays good games. What the hell is all this about a soul?

Given the choice between a 15 hour game with 5 "filler" hours and a 3 hour game I'll take the 15+5 game.

No where did I say I wanted these games to be cheap. I would rather pay $70 for a high quality game that gives me weeks of enjoyment, than spend $30-50 on a game that last four hours. Sure I won't have as many games but I don't want to be in your shoes where I have more games than I can play and want to rush through them just to get to the next one. I need about one good quality game a month and I'm happy.

I'd guess about 20-30 seconds to load a level. The initial boot up though seems to take forever.

It's called getting your money's worth. If i paid full price for a game and beat it in three hours i'd be pissed. Heck I wouldn't pay $10 for a game that only lasted three hours. I'm big on quality of quantity but there has to be some substance and a game that can be beat in a couple of hours regardless of quality I'll pass on or just rent it. The "replay it again for more unlockables" doesn't float with me. Most of the time it's the same game over and over with a new character or costume which is very weak.

Heh I just got 83,000 and unlocked three more skins. I'm gunning for you Jasoco. Man that red/silver block board had me all jacked up. I was crusing till I got there then it went all downhill and I struggled to get the last couple of skins.

Jasoco you know anywhere that's hosting the whole soundtrack? I've seen lots of songs on different places but they are all of varying quality.

Complete instructions can be found here. I've only used the official Sony Converter so I can't say how well the other ones work. I tried to get it from the sony site but it was all in Japanese so I just e-muled it. I've done several movies. The compression is great - 490MB to 190MB.

If you have a digital camera the cable that came with it should plug right into the top of the PSP. Then go to USB mode on your PSP and you computer will see the PSP as a removable storage device. Drap and Drop till your hearts content. This is the way I do it since I don't have to take the mem stick out of the PSP. I don't have a wireless router yet so I'm lost to all the wi-fi goodies.

Microsoft will show us the "precious". Perhaps the "one console to rule them all". Alright I'm out of terrible LOTR refs it's someone else's turn.
