  1. That is a very handy list! Many thanks for that.
  2. I am always excited about new homebrew projects being worked on for the Lynx and will now always try to be alert to when new games are released in cartridge form. I've missed too many releases in recent years and am not going to let it happen again.
  3. Okay. I sent you a PM regarding the games I'm selling. I'm only selling games of which I have extra copies. During the process of collecting games, there were times when I purchased packages that included multiple games, some of which I already had. This has left me with 2 copies of several games, and I don't really need two copies of a game, so I will now be selling the extra copies at what I believe are very nice and competitive prices.
  4. I do have the full version with save feature of Eye of the Beholder, but I only have a game card alone. How were you planning to sell P.I.T.S.? If you want to sell it to me directly via Personal Message, I'm sure I can make a nice offer. I was not planning to get variations of the same game. I primarily want to get the primary version of every game released on card, along with box and instruction manual if possible. Different versions with slight differences or different card styles don't really interest me that much. Now that you mentioned it, how different is Cyber Virus CinciClassic Edition from the primary version? Thanks.
  5. Do you care if the game comes with an instruction manual and/or box? I was going to put Double Dragon on Ebay soon with a starting bid of $20.00, but it is only the game card with no box or instruction manual (it's a rare game as you can tell). If you want, I can sell it to you directly for $20.00 plus shipping, and you won't have to worry about bidding. Also, I was going to put a complete boxed copy of Desert Strike on Ebay soon, with a starting bid of $35.00. Again, if you want, I can sell it to you directly for $35.00 plus shipping. If you are interested, send me a PM.
  6. There's a link at the bottom of the Best Electronics page to their e-mail. You have to send them an e-mail about what all you want to order from them. The link that says "Back to Best Home page" can direct you to the various payment options. You can do a similar thing for Video 61. There's a link on the page that says "click here for ordering information," and the link brings up their e-mail address, to which you send them an e-mail detailing everything that you want to order. I'm pretty sure that Video 61 will accept a direct PayPal payment to their e-mail address on any sized order. For best electronics, you have to order $50.00 or more to be able to send them money via PayPal directly to their e-mail address.
  7. You can purchase a new, boxed copy of Desert Strike from Best Electronics for $39.95: http://www.best-electronics-ca.com/lynx.htm You can purchase a new, boxed copy of Double Dragon from Video 61 & Atari Sales for an arm and a leg: http://members.tcq.net/video61/lynx.html
  8. Well, out of all the people I know, there's only one whom I might be able to get to play the Lynx with me someday, but he already owns a Lynx II. I got each Lynx for "dirt cheap" as part of lots with games that I didn't have at the time of purchase. The deals were really incredible. I essentially got free Lynxes along with the very inexpensive games that I didn't own at the time. Thus, I may just sell a couple of these Lynxes for dirt cheap someday. But for now, I am simply using one and keeping the others stored safely, in case something goes wrong with the one I use all the time. I like having the extra Lynxes as "backups" in the event that the unexpected happens.
  9. You're very lucky that your Lynx held up over all the years. My first Lynx held up well until I went to college. Then, it went into my brother's hands, where it stayed in his dark, cool, and probably a little damp basement for several years. When I got it out to see how it was, the screen had tons of dead pixels all over it. I'm pretty sure that I had seen it's perfect, dead-pixel-free screen about 10 years ago, but being in such a place for that amount of time wreaked havoc on it. I've since acquired a few different Lynxes from other sellers recently, and I am making sure to take good care of them. They all stay in either an official Lynx carrying case or else wrapped in dry cloth, and they are stored in warm and dry places. Every one of them is a Lynx II.
  10. I didn't see the game "European Soccer Challenge" in any of your lists. It's a different game than World Class Fussball/Soccer Also, you can get the "Lynx Flash Card" and "Solitaire" from Lynxman on this site. There is also the title "Hotdog," more copies of which should be made around the end of this year. Also, I don't believe that the following games can currently be gotten on cartridge; someone correct me if I'm wrong: 720 Degrees Cabal Dungeon Slayers Escape from the Planet of the Robot Monsters Guardians: Storm over Doria Geo Duel Mechtiles (Songbird Productions is working on a release) The Princess and the Barbarian RC Demolition Derby Rolling Thunder Ultra Vortek (Songbird Productions is working on a release, which will be called "Ultravore") Vindicators
  11. I already sent Lynxman a PM about it, and the Lynxman has both!
  12. Well, I've included games that I've purchased very recently, which are still on their way to me in the mail, as part of the games that I "own." I've been sent notifications by all sellers that the games are on their way, so I truly hope that they'll all make it to me okay. Thus, if I take a picture now, it won't include all the games that I've posted as owning. Nevertheless, once they all arrive, perhaps I'll take a picture and add it to this thread. Actually, I already have to add 2 more games to the list of games that I own, namely Bubble Trouble and Hyperdrome, as I just ordered them today and already received notice that they are on their way.... I must admit that I'm pretty excited about it.
  13. Hello Atari Smeghead and other Atari Lynx fans, I have recently joined the Atari Lynx bandwagon and am in the process of trying to collect all Lynx games that have been released on cartridge in whatever form. I'm having a hard time finding a nice place online that gives complete information concerning this, so I hope to ask some questions that those who have been following this for much longer than me might be able to answer. Please let me know if I am correct about the current status of these games: 720 Degrees: This game was not completed and is not available in cartridge form at all. Bitchy: This game is completed but only 15 copies of this were made on cartridge and no more will be made. Cabal: This game was not completed and is not available in cartridge form at all. CGE 5th: Only 60 cartridges of this were made by Songbird Productions and no more will ever be made. Dungeon Slayers: Harry Dodgson has the source code for this but no cartridges have been made available to the public. Dynablaster: The fact that Atari Smeghead has this game on cartridge is a special case and the public at large should not have access to it? Escape from the Planet of the Robot Monsters: This game was not completed and is not available in cartridge form at all. Guardians: Storm Over Doria: This game was only 30% completed before being canned. No cartridges exist. Geo Duel: This game was not completed and is not available in cartridge form at all. Marble Madness: Should a cartridge of this be available to the public at all? I've never heard of this apart from Smeghead's collection. Mechtiles: This game does not exist in cartridge form, but Carl at Songbird Productions has the rights to this and should be releasing it on cartridge in the future. The Princess & the Barbarian: This game was not completed and is not available in cartridge form at all. Rapide Race!: The fact that Atari Smeghead has this game on cartridge is a special case and the public at large should not have access to it? RC Demolition Derby: This game was not completed and is not available in cartridge form at all. Rolling Thunder: This game was not completed and is not available in cartridge form at all. Ultra Vortek: This game does not exist in cartridge form, but Carl at Songbird Productions has the rights to this and should be releasing it on cartridge in the future as "Ultravore." Vindicators: This game was not completed and is not available in cartridge form at all. The whereabouts of the prototype are also unknown? My Current Lynx Collection: 1. A.P.B. 2.
