You do realize there are THREE WIRES coming off the transformer, not typical two so no, going out and getting a new transformer I don't think will work. If someone has a working one, can you open it, remove the power supply clip and take a VM AC measurement of the middle and end wire? (White = ground).

I too need to find more info out about this. Be it known that it is NOT TWO WIRES coming off. There are THREE. Ground, and two others. Not sure if they are split 8.3vac or what... can someone open theirs up and take readings off the center and end wire AC? It's a clip on the mobo, easy to remove.
