Rock n Roll racing came out in 93, my favourite snes game and its also in my top 10 list of favourite games of all time

PAL TVs normally run at 50Hz, but many are capable of displaying 60Hz fine.

is there a way of testing if it runs ok at 60Hz without actually buying a 60Hz cart?

I'm wondering if the magical half-unicorn fairy has a fairy head and torso and unicorn legs, or the other way around. the former seems more likely, but then if its a unicorn it would have its horn on a fairies head which seems silly and unrealistic
