Most modern TVs sold in Europe these days are made to cover VHF, UHF and even SECAM, so you just select the right one and do a manual tune. Saves the likes of Samsung, LG etc quite a bit of money.

Looks like they'll keep going for a bit but BT and HTC have lost a nice bit of money now their invesments have been wiped. I don't mind streaming, steam, the cloud etc, heck I'd hate being offline for more than a day or two but then I also hate being forced to be online just to load up a game. If I want to use steam then great but buy a game on disc, install it and then find out you have to go online to update it, register it and then play it... well, that sucks donkey balls.

Well there you go; I'm with rdemming on the joystick thing. I've learnt something new.

Well I purchased the expansion for the 360, then bought Skyrim for the PC..... Dawnguard is pretty awesome .

If we can get the 10 or more (hopefully reasonably quickly), then we can sort out with Replay the tickets for everyone directly.

If we can get a group together then Replay will make sure we all get to meet up at a certain time and talk Atari over (hopefully) a beer or two.

The guys at Replay Events have kindly offered discounted tickets if we can get a group of ten or more people together to attend the Play Expo. Tickets will be discounted by 10%, without any online booking fee that might otherwise apply. If there are any AA Atari enthusiasts that are interested in getting together at the event then let me know. Atari User will also be running a competition to give away a pair of tickets, again courtesy of Replay Events.
