a few interesting things at the swap meet yesterday: super famicom madden NFL '94 supervision cartridge, the first supervision i've seen for the SNES-$3 PAL playstation oddworld: abe's oddysee demo disk-$1 "art of the game" CDs vol. 1 & 2, featuring "best of snes" and "best of sgen". i presume these are rom disks? $1 each. saw 3 separate booths selling 2600 games. all commons, but it was the most i've seen out and about in one place in a while.

I thought that Shawn Sr. and CPUWIZ sold a reproduction of an unreleased 2600 title that used the light gun. I can't remember the name of the title. Shooting Arcade. Sentinel is the other one that uses it.

"misprint" was the wrong word to use referring to the cart. i was referring to the upside-down front label and thinking of the famous stamps with the misprinted upside-down plane that are worth so much.

since interesting 2600 finds are few and far between these days (though i have been seeing a few more vcs carts in the wild recently), i was happy to pick up this little oddity... too bad video games aren't like stamps when it comes to misprints...

planetfall and hitchhiker's guide, the only two i had for my apple IIe. i'm so glad that i knew even as a kid to keep all of the packaging.
