Two Saturdays in a row i have run a 5K with my 9-year-old. Not too shabby for a 47-year-old couch potato. Think I will get one of those 26.2 stickers for my truck. Maybe a 26.3 sticker just to piss off those pretentious marathoners.

  I ran a half marathon back when I was a 48 year old couch potato. I ran it in marathon time, but I ran it. Keep up the good work.

  I think we were in the low 30's today. My daughter does not have the quickest pace, but we enjoyed our run together nonetheless.
