  1. Dungeons & Dragons stuff (as well as everything TSR) from 1974 - 1983 I voted for vinyl records... mostly metal, prog, punk and experimental... some Jazz and recently a lot of classical and modern composition (i.e.: Part, Ives, Crumb, Partch) Horror films, mostly 80s VHS (first runs for the original box art) and BluRay for the quality. Synthesizers and electronic gear... microphones.... etc.
  2. NTSC Serial # 79368F MFG Location: Sunnyvale Owner: Brooklyn, NY A/B Channel Slot : No A/B Channel Switch : No Functional : pending Notes: received in a "Factory Reconditioned" box with all accessories. Grey Power supply DOA. Traded a Traynor YBA-3 for this in 1996.
  3. BUMP! I live in NYC... have never heard of this. I have a few natives I can ask.
  4. Got it... That's why I'm trying to get a partner in the deal... I'd like to work something out. Cheers, D
  5. Interested in the "blank" datapaks, smart basic and the games. Don't really need another ADAM (I have two) Also, neat that you still have the "ADAM" RF adaptor.
  6. Ok, lemme update what I'm willing to trade for: I'm looking for: Quest for Quintana Roo (Colecovision) Mountain King (Colecovision) Chuck Norris Super Kicks. (Colecovision) extra 5200 controllers (complete, good condition, not working ok) Wico 5200 command Control keypad thingy Original Gray XE CX40 joysticks 7800 CIB 5200 CIB Will consider cash offer too.
  7. BUYER is 100% wrong here. Ironically if I was the seller I would have offered the buyer simply pay what he felt fair for all the trouble. However I would find it presumptuous if the buyer just assumed it was ok without an agreement.
  8. Anybody have a 7800 controller they could send me... a shitty one is fine. I'll make this my summer project.
  9. I will see if one my manufacturers can do anything. I need to figure out who can work with rubber. I think a better boot might be a good place to start... but maybe little spring mechanism might be better... Shit I just had an idea... would a 5200 controller, same body as the original but with a digital joystick be cool? I feel like the button thing has been fixed already by Best... they only thing they should have done was to have the fire buttons have the rounded corners like the last rev of the factory ones.
  10. We can do this... just need a little revenue.
  11. somebody has to be able to figure out how to add a self-centering mechanism to the 5200 controller... I mean... even designing a new, more stiff boot with tighter tolerance and no gap around the stick would help. But even some ingenious little mechanism... or maybe a 7800 controller with added keypad and auxiliary buttons.
  12. I have one in a "factory reconditioned" box... might be willing to part. Not sure how complete it is.
  13. Box has some damage. Basically it's in fine structural shape but there must have been tape on the box that pealed away some of the image on the front.... and a like doodling. Otherwise it's complete and unit is in excellent working order. Missing some of the adverts/poster, swag etc. but the packing, MANUAL, Keith Courage, TurboPad, RF and adapter are all there... Some extra stuff I have, TurboTap (5-player), Extra boxed TurboPad, RARE controller extension cord. Happy to sell/trade these separately. I'm looking for: Quest for Quintana Roo (Colecovision) Mountain King (Colecovision) Chuck Norris Super Kicks. (Colecovision) extra 5200 controllers (complete, good condition, not working ok) Wico 5200 command Control keypad thingy Original Gray XE CX40 joysticks 7800 CIB 5200 CIB Will consider cash offer too. Cheers, David Brooklyn, NY 11220
  14. I would gladly trade my 5200 version for a CV version. Or if there's a chance I have something else you are interested.
  15. I have a whole batch of Anchor Bay VHS classic horror (Argento, Romero, Etc.) I might be willing to part with for a small amount or a trade. I'll get you a list of you are interested... prolly about 20 tapes. Most are nice clamshells from the 90s reissues... deluxe, etc.
  16. You still looking? I just got one at Video Games New York... they had more than one... I think they charged me $5 for the loose cart. I'm happy to pick it up for you and ship it. Or you can contact them. Their older stuff is kinda buried and I'm not sure they'll dig through it for a small order. Where are you?
  17. I might possibly know two people that could maybe, hopefully, do it... but there would have to be money involved if they can even do it.
  18. I assume we would raise money to make it worth a programmers time...
  19. Can't somebody start a Kickstarter on this? I have no idea how this works.
