I have had this in the sealed box for years. I finally started to play it (or try, I am not good at serving or hitting the ball yet). I think I got a bad copy, it locks up/freezes after 20 or so minutes of play. I have tried it on several machines, same thing. Sometimes it will not load, I get the "INSERT GAME" message after a few minutes of play. Weird, this is the only cart that has done this. Anyone else know if the game is buggy, or do I just have a bad copy?
I have this game and never had this issue.
Its a hard game, but it plays fine with no bugs that I know of.
Perhaps you do have a bad cart.

wireframe seems to be ok...
not sure if its a bug... as both demos (one found in the BLL and one of Pixelchief) do have those right edge jitter.
could be not a rounding error in the blitts in combination with tilt & stretch?
in wireframe lines you dont utilise stretch.

(sorry to take that buggy video upload but at least it's 60 fps and HD ;=))

Cool! ^^ Artillery, C-Gull and Conquistador are finished minigames, while Karateboy and Knightmare only are unfinished demos.
Hello, how can I get a hold of those mini games on cart?

I'm definitely not gonna change the labels then. Those look like protos or pre-production game cart "loaners" to me. They might be worth a lot to the right collector so defacing them with prettier labels would be a bad judgement call.
I'm thankful for you guys letting me know before I did.
I wasn't sure if they were original or not, but now that many people have told me they are here, I will use good judgment and leave it how they are.

At work I have been using colour laser printers for creating nice labels. It is basically a glossy plastic sheet with adhesive material on the back. The whole aluminum box top is just this sheet.
You should be able to fit a lot of labels onto one A4 sheet. This material sticks really well and is glossy. I bought a pack of 100 sheets years ago and still have lots of them left. The brand I used was K-Color S 053 HGXF White Glossy.
Thanks, very cool, I will try that brand..

I will take your advice and keep the integrity of any official originals I have.Raiden and Fat Bobby are later model originals. A shame to replace the labels (in my book). Another 2 cents.

Thanks for your insight.

I have decided to leave the original labels on my prototype and homebrew carts now that I have confirmation they are originals.
I will only make labels only for the few downloaded ram carts I have that are not original.

Oh and XYBOTS, how could I forget! There are only a few tunes but they're all awesome. Level 3 is my favorite (thank you Laird's Lair for posting these!)
Level 2 has good music too.
The beat sounds good for a rap song I'm writing.

Please don't pay too much for this one.
I'll try not to,
Songbird is out if stock, and its nowhere on eBay or any other retro game online marketplace.

I have the original curved lipped carts Superoffroad and Double Dragon as well boxed.Personally I wouldn't touch the Krazy Ace miniature golf cartridge. It is the original one, not a reproduction. You are lucky to have this, as these are extremely rare. Do you have the original box too?

Ooooh. k. Well, er. Might depend on the carts? Zaku should be labeled already, unless you burnt a ROM?
My Alien vs Predator, and Road Riot are on green Atari EPROM Carts with generic small lookin labels with just name of game on them,
And my Krazy Ace is on a Green and Black cart that says Telegame which also has a plain white label with title of game typed on it.
I just want to make the carts look cooler with images and logos on glossy labels.

Have a look at this thread, there are pdf's for many of the games you mention, you just need to print them on good card etc.
Thank you, but I wasn't reffering to boxes, just labels for the carts.

It is faithful to the arcade version.Nice video of the game. An ambitious attempt to create a game that looks like a TV broadcast.
The sprites look Awsome and I love the voice fx.
Looks way better than "Baseball Hero's" in my opinion.

Lol I feel the same about Hot Dog, it's one of the best looking games on the Lynx

Hotdog is the game I'm seeking the most right now.
Looks Awsome.

You send the ROM images to Karri and he'll program the images to his carts he's designed/made for you. No soldering or anything required.

Thank you
