I just want to commend you on this game, i really like the look of it, Not had chance to try it yet but it looks cool and could be really fun if its fluid enough.

Its still far too light and flimsy to gain real purchase on though for playing Robotron, You really require a proper twin stick arcade set-up. I have been considering building a one off 7800 Robotron controller, but as there was no pal release it would be purely for sale and probably too high a price once finished.

What the fuuuuuuuuuuuu literally one of my all time classic arcade games hits my all time favourite classic console, This is astounding the 2600 love just gets better and better.

I like the intro of Ikari and the title screen but find the game sluggish and it puts me off, Commando is faster, Slicker and sounds like the arcade, The obvious winner for me.

Im not completely sure about that, The one and only confirmed cart im aware of using the sprite chip is double dragon 2, These chips were costly are were not implemented often and i have never heard of them being used in early cartridges, I could be completely wrong.

why dont you just mod an existing controller with the pro-line internals or build an arcade stick like mine.

if someone is going to do this then surely it has to be the actual games used at the actual championships not just some three games plucked from the air that would be silly and pointless, if you are going to just choose three games then call it the 2014 AA championship cartridge not the 81-84 version.

I actually really like xenophobe, i think its one of those games that has become mass market black listed without good reason, It plays far better than the NES port and ialso really enjoy the 2600 port both are great, karateka isnt really that bad its just slow in execution of its animation and sprite movement which makes it really not that fun to play but its general execution isnt that bad again its mass bandwagon opinion, i always say play it for yourself and decide you also have to plump its next to similar games of the time ik+ etc the ninja.

I like the Drop Zone on the NES and commodore, it plays very much like defender.

To my knowledge the picture label carts are all the pal one's, I am in the u.k and we never had te white text label one although i like that i think more.
