Thanks Thomas thats what i thought, I just had the image in my head that i had seen a video of a guy playing it with one, i wondered whether the side button might act as shift, Thats a shame as i was gonna build a pole position steering wheel controller, Damn it

I dont currently own any paddle driving controllers, I am going to buy one shortly as i really wanna try one out, Does anybody know what games the driving controller is compatible with? Do either the driving controller or paddle work with pole position? As i wanted to mod one slightly. Thanks in advance guys

This game looks really cool i would definitely buy a cartridge, I love the general artwork but not so keen on the traditional label style and font, i think it would look better being a full label using the title font from the packaging, Great work though, How close to finishing are you??

I played this last night and whilst i absolutely am amazed at what you have achieved so far i found it really awkward to play, I rarely managed to shoot ships and couldnt work out where i was for the up/forward height adjust, I will persevere as this is awesome and i would love to play it on real hardware as im sure the sprited look a million times cleaner through a crt rather than my pc and mess, keep up the good work.

IMPORTANT ATARI KICK STARTER CLOSE TO ENDING UNFUNDED!
YANDMAN replied to YANDMAN's topic in Atari 7800
I think the plan if successful was to build a library of doc's covering various classic platforms so with this being 1-1 it signals the beginning, Its not an Atari reference just one signalling the start. -

The one thing which is a total missed opportunity is that neither of the film makers talk in their pledge video, Im gonna back it and take a chance, Without wishing to sound morbid but people are not going to be around forever and i think its a great idea to get this really well documented. -
Hi guys if you haven't already then you should take a look at this, These guys are looking to make a really well informed documentary about ATARI they are a way of their funding goal which isnt huge and they have a couple days to get their, I think this could be really good. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1128229743/world-1-1

What Atari 7800 NTSC games work on a PAL console?
YANDMAN replied to ricnight1977's topic in Atari 7800
There is a pal donkey kong on ebay right now or at least there was a couple days ago -
When i purchase great games from the store they are for life, i love them thats why i bought them, people will always ruin or take advantage of good things that happen, luckily the large majority of people dont, if it was just one listing there could always be the case that someone might genuinely think they owned something valuable and thus selling it for a high price but with multiple listing and incorrect ones at that this is obviously not the case, Al i think you should at least mention this to EBAY when you have time. Luckily because of the fever that surrounds this hobby most people are so plugged in that they will be aware of the great store long ago and wouldnt be fooled by this type of sale.
