  I like genesis for th wealth of 'old man' computer games ported to it. Great selection of them compared to, say, snes.

  I heard all the hub bub back in the day, but the folks weren't so into buying new systems.. I had friends who were game nuts with rich parents, but they were all Nintendo kids.. We had an NES and a 2600. Then I had a gameboy.. That was it till I convinced them that I needed a PS2 when I was in high school..
