  1. I have a couple of nits: 1. When you kill Crazy Otto in Frenzy, it is hard to understand the voice..can you slow it down slightly? 2. I still think the highest pitched voice in Berzerk is too high I know time is tight and these are minor...that's my only feedback after and hour+ on Prosystem (other than I need a lot of practice)!
  2. Ok, testing away on Prosystem as I don't have a CC2. After killing an enemy in Frenzy...when you walk into the debris field of the killed enemy, is the player supposed to die?
  3. Keep at it...I am sure that folks will be interested when you have more of them complete...would love to get new labels for Pitfall, Chopper Command, etc. Also, how about a new (and better) label for Rampage for the 7800?
  4. Perry-these look awesome...almost as good as the game itself!!!
  5. Bob-maybe you can adjust the range of the voice speed changes? The highest pitched one is almost impossible to understand and I think it distracts from an otherwise awesome game.
  6. Ok, did some testing of the latest A78 this evening. I noticed that there is a problem with the voice in Berzerk when you have cleared all of the robots and exit the maze. Sometimes the voice is slow and low pitched and sometimes it is fast and high pitched (to the point where it is almost incomprehensible). I didn't find any other issues, but I will need to practice to get to the point where I can play for more than a few rounds. Anybody else found any issues?
  7. Looks really nice...are you going to make a few of these?
  8. It will depend on the game. In this case, there will be no sound or high score keeping
  9. Ditto for me...Perry, this is really awesome work! The XM looks great too!
  10. These look the same, but a much better deal...$10 each: http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?ff3=4&pub=5574883395&toolid=10001&campid=5336500554&customid=&mpre=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fitm%2F10-LOT-JOYSTICK-CONTROLLERS-for-ATARI-2600-7800-NEW-JOY-STICK-WHOLESALE-%2F130745867118%3Fpt%3DLH_DefaultDomain_0%26hash%3Ditem1e710f9b6e
  11. Exactly what I was thinking, along with improving the graphics. I agree, the game play is great! As far as the melody board/ARM goes, if it plays on a 2600, then it is all good. Look at Pitfall II or Supercharger...
  12. My top three: 1. Q*bert 2. Centipede 3. Millipede
  13. Glad that there will be boxed copies available...Bob, do you have the final release candidate ready for testing?
  14. Looks much better...I will send you a PM with a couple of small corrections!
  15. Bob, I think you should clarify the second and third paragraph in 'Playing The Game'. Only Frenzy has the walls the ricochet and Crazy Otto can be killed, but not Evil Otto. As it reads, someone who had not seen these games would be confused. In the 'Helpful Hints' area I would clarify that only the 'dot walls' can be used to shoot your way out. Maybe the best way to deal with these is to move them to the 'Differences Section'?
  16. Alan-thanks for posting and a special thanks for working with Bob. Berzerk is definitely a classic and a favorite of many of us. We are greatful to Bob and folks like yourself who give and expect nothing in return (just so that rest of us can have some fun)!
  17. Congrats on getting your 5200 running again...you should be able to pick up a cheap donor unit on ebay and restore yours to full health!
  18. Looking forward to getting this great game!
