the boxed collection at this time is spoken for...someone is getting a very nice boxed collection..I ve looked over the games a few times and they are all in very nice condition.Someones going to be very happy

[the question of rarity]

This may be a dumb question but with all the debating about rarity of games I just have to ask...Prior to the internet and sites such as AA and DP how many members actually knew what games were rare compared to common...If I had run across quadrun or mangia back before I found this site I would have never given an thought about how rare they may be..I have a coke wins but I only kept it because I found the time limit fun..But just for no reason but curiousioity how many had most of the rare games in their collections before Ebay and the internet compared to those who once it was stated this is rare that is rare went and purshased the games .I can say that I had a few rare games before I found AA not many but since Ive ended up with a good bit because I knew what to look for at yard sales etc....I also did not become a big collector until I found this site and got into it...I know there is several but how many had large collections before the internet.

as far as atari I have about 1000 games mostly commons but a few semi rare ones

How many are seriously into the nintendo collecting..I need about 100 carts to complete my nes collection anyone got extras for trade.... carts are fine I dont collect boxes........If anyone is interested my buddy has close to 350 boxed games he s wanting to sell..He s wanting 1.500.00 for them..If your intrested I can have him email you.

Was a big lot but do you really think it was worth that much...maybe I m not looking the auction over very well but there were no games..atari s have been bringing around 20 dollars ands nintendos without games around 30..I thought I counted 70 nintendos if they all work and are complete with all the hook ups I see making about 2.000.00 off them but I cant see eleven thousand dollars worth of stuff.

Guess everyone has a opinion on the subject..mine is I do not consider games that were not for sale to the general public part of a general 2600 collection..good examples are pepsi invaders altantis 2 magic card,etc.yes they are 2600 games but the average person did not have the chance to aquire these games by going to there local stores..I think from a collecting stand point games fall into 2 catagories released to the general public games and special made games..ex altantis 2..which was only made for a contest..and games like tooth protectors that were a special mail in deal..then the begal bros that are just existing games with a generic label..If you consider these type games you really should put ratings on the hombrew and reproduction games to as they are 2600 games just like altantis 2 or begal brother carts..Oh I think it would be nice to have every 2600 game ever made and some have awsome collections but I still think there is a diffrence between games that were actually generally avalible and the special games...I think that if you look at it that way..motoreodo,bmx airmaster and ikari warriors are the most rare atari 2600 games because they were out there at one time avalible to the general public just not many were bought. any way thats just my opinion.

I think its a great price if I didnt already have a boxed top loader and all the games listed with it already I would scoop it up...Actually nintendo is really starting to pick up I wouldnt be susprised if the rarer games along with the others dont start climbing in price about christmas time and into the next few years.

Cosmic comuter was hardest for me...But if you have the bucks to blow guess its not that hard to get them all.

Ebay like wal mart and other big companies started out with good customer service and pricing but once they got their pockets lined dont give a hoot about the customers...One thing about ebay I find unbeliviable is they want you to pay to have negitive feedback looked at for removal..could almost call it blackmail.Guess they figure they made and are making millions a few disatisfied customers wont matter.

I know you should always leave feedback but after getting a very undeserving negitive I wouldnt leave feedback on items I sold til I was sure the buyer was satisfied with the item.Well I went ahead and left a buyer positive feedback for an item they received with plenty of time to try it out and get back to me if they werent happy.Then they turn around and leave me netural feedback saying game is to hard to play...whats up with that...The buyer never emailed me with any complaints or questions just left the feedback..guess Ill just have to take my lumps..
