I don't know, it may be better. Actually it's more the flickering and raw moves of the stars that I find eye tiring, more than their color. But your brightening might help indeed. Let's wait for some more feedback

I think the stars effect of the wormhole tunnel was similar, but it was before the tunnel, after wave 2 if I remember well. The ship speeds up and must avoid meteors (?). I will try to get there on stella too to compare.

In my opinion, the pal 60 version plays well. I only tried ntsc once on stella, so I can't compare every color. But all plays well on a real pal hardware (light sixer). If I could just tell a thing, I find the "warp" sequence quite eye hurting, I don't know if this is the same with ntsc tough, as I died before ! But nice job, your game has the "one more go" touch !

Well, I'd say good luck then, but I think you underestimate the costs for offset printing and custom box cutting and folding. I'd say circa 45°, but this is to avoid moire (?). The black stripes have to do with the speed of the shutter (I'm really very limited by the language :/ ). I usually get satisfying results with my iPad, with a bit of light (not full darkness).
