CA governor shuts down state and in mentioning which businesses, he says arcades are also closed. Arcades? They have a lot of arcades in CA?

  My grandmother took me to the arcade, there were no video games. It was a bunch of shops with covered walkways and arches...so large arched covered areas with adjacent shops or shops within.... this is probably why they identify what kind of arcade it is... Food arcade, fish arcade, video game arcade... etc etc...
