I have 2 port Atari 5200 When i press power button the led turn ON and next OFF and stay OFF,,, never stay ON, S2 is Ok 4013 is Ok Q6, Q7, Q10 are Ok R61, C47 are Ok VR1 & VR2 are Ok, can read only 1,5 volt in pin 1 VR2 Power Supply Ok If i send pin18 to ground,,, led turn ON but only 3.4Volts in almost the chips, not 5V , NO VIDEO, Somebody knows ? I think a circuit short but i dont know where ? Thanks for anwer,

Test ok resistors near Q9 and Q10 transitors Ok I replace 4013 and power button the problem still going.! First turn on led on and Black screen, play with button and game show!
