    I should probably just wait for Sloopy to chime in here, but he had suggested once that Velveeta packaging (just the corrugated cardboard lower half (with no labels)) is a pretty good fit for our carts. On his tip, I did buy a package and he's right. IIRC they fit about 10 carts.

     

    So, depending on your collection ... you might need to buy a lot of processed cheese for this solution.

     

     

    Personally, I'll probably go with those baseball card holders. Nice tip FULS.

    Very cool. That does make it a lot better. Still not 100%, but much better than that white noise. I messed around with the file a bit myself, but I was not able to make any improvements. Nice work, slampam!

    Does the .CAS format preserve the audio from the other track? Some of the tapes I have (or used to have if I never find them) had audio that played during loading.

     

    Yeah, I'm really curious about the audio too. Did this get answered?

     

    States and Capitals, Conversational Spanish, etc., Intro. to Programming all had audio ... not to mention the Talk and Teach releases that worked with the Educational Master System cart (if memory serves).

    I love being able to play games with you all, and Bob you truly outdo yourself both in organization and game performance.

     

    I'm finding myself (temporarily) with less game time than I used to have, and I was only suggesting that one game per week might work better for me. I would not, however, suppose to influence a model that works well for most in a direction that works better only for me.

     

    I didn't have a specific game in mind (Gumball).
