  1. Sorry for being so vague and for using unusual terms, but I meant by "just no filed ver." that I don't believe there is a cracked executable file version of Jungle Hunt that exists. Further, the "kheffington's copy" as with all copies I've come across has sound effects problems when you get the the boulder stage (stage 3). There are good cart dumps of Jungle Hunt (roms) but not an executable file, in my experience. I'm probably still not being clear, but this was really only an FYI.

Also, if you're talking about "cracks" there does not appear to exist a proper crack of Jungle Hunt. I'm sure a good cart dump exists, however. Just no filed ver.

What does "just no filed ver." mean?

How about kheffington's copy of Jungle Hunt?

  2. Heh. 22 bucks is mostly the cost of shipping and packaging each unit in my situation. I think Sonic R was referring to the ebay auctions linked (where the CD90's went for over $75 ea. shipped. I would go that route too but the people here are so much easier to work with.

p.s. if anyone wants to pick these up in person, and wants all of them ... they are absolutely FREE! (hint: Orph, Slor, Larry!)

p.p.s no deals for Slatari. He must pay full shipping and a sentimental value fee.

  3. I have several Laserline CD Storage units including 4 CD60 similar to eBay Auction -- Item Number: 2708054970651?ff3=2&pub=5574883395&toolid=10001&campid=5336500554&customid=&item= 270805497065&mpt=[CACHEBUSTER] units and 1 CD90, like this one: eBay Auction -- Item Number: 3705391302021?ff3=2&pub=5574883395&toolid=10001&campid=5336500554&customid=&item=370539130202&mpt=[CACHEBUSTER]. Those are not my auctions, but I'm a little lazy about taking pics of things I suspect will be of little interest to anyone here.

These are for CDs in jewel cases. The CD60 units hold 60 CDs each and the CD90 holds 90. Note: none of mine are the less desirable "tapered" or "slanted" units.

I'm guessing they are of little interest to anyone here but they seem to be somewhat popular on ebay. I prefer listing here than on ebay, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Shipping will be a little expensive. I'm asking $22 ea for the CD60 units and $30 for the CD90 (shipping included in the continental US). If you wanted multiple units, I'd be happy to negotiate the price.

They're all in used, but good condition. Pics available upon request. Again, the pics in the links above are not mine. They're just there for reference.

  4. Buy this XEGS (XE Game System). There is a little wear around the cartridge port from use but it's otherwise in great shape. This particular unit has very little yellowing or fading (unusual for this type).

Not pictured (but included) are five carts: Flight Sim II, Bug Hunt, Barnyard Blaster (with manual), Fight Night and Necromancer. Plus, XE System spiral bound Keyboard manual, and XE System Owner's manual. The power supply included is pictured (ingot). The shielding is worn and the wire is visible (see picture). If you're going to use this a lot, you might want to get another power supply. Also included are the decals for the light gun. You will want to re-attach these on your own. No joystick is included, but the original grey XE style joystick is available for an additional $15 (sorry to do that but I REALLY like this joystick). I will throw in an aftermarket generic joystick for free. In case you didn't already know the XEGS also has Missile Command built in (hence the manual).

All items have been tested and found to work flawlessly.

Feel free to PM or make offers here. I'm asking $65 but someone has ROFR. Shipping is $15 within the states.

p.s. I'm throwing in a ~6 ft keyboard extension cable (and I keep editing this post with more carts).

  5. I'm not sure what color it is, I've only powered it on once...

We definately got these from the same auction that the guy said was from the same shipping box, DIRTY LIAR!!! lol

(and I thought you were gonna give me that outer box :P )

Thought about it, but I did not have a better box to ship it in and the buyer was so prompt with payment ... heh, we should probably stop polluting this thread.

I have another 130XE, a 65XE, and an XEGS coming to a marketplace near you soon (none pristine, however).

  6. Actually, now that I see your SN# mine is 77 earlier than yours (mine is 1182598 and yours is 1182675)... But they came out of the same set of three :D

Here is the picture of mine - 130XE PSU so you can see it has the other type of PSU... Weird indeed!

Hmmm, I guess ours weren't from the same pack of 3. Here are a couple pics of the shipping crate (which is now on its way to VA). Note the serial numbers. I guess it's a little less strange that they have different power supplies. Does yours have a clear LED cover that turns red when powered on? I'm guessing it does, but my other XEs do not.

  7. That was a nice setup at a fair price.

Strange that it had the old "ingot" power supply, for such a late machine.

(the one on the left in this picture, rather than the expected one on the right)

I'm selling exactly what was shipped to me, but I was surprised at the power supply too. Must have just been the way they packed it.

What's even stranger is that OrpheusWaking and I bought from the same crate (packs of 3 130XEs) ... I think our XEs are just one serial number off of each other, but his did not ship with the ingot. My original 130XE from 1985 (which I sold a long time ago) had the power supply on the right (in your pic).

  8. Anyone interested in a pristine (MIB) NTSC Atari 130XE from 1990?

I'd ship it to anywhere in the continental US for $110. The box is pristine as well as the machine. It comes exactly as shipped from Atari with all factory accessories. I bought it NEW OLD STOCK off an ebay seller a couple of years ago and I used it for about a week. I did not use the power supply, manual, or TV adapter (all included). It is unmodified and unmuddled (still has factory seals).

I paid a bit more than I'm asking. I'm avoiding ebay at the suggestion of some friends on the #atari channel (IRC).

I still like my Atari stuff and I use my other ones daily, but I'm worried that I will not be able to store this one properly as I'm simply running out of room.

Price is (somewhat) negotiable. Pics available upon request. If there's no interest, I won't bother taking pics. PM me if interested or reply here. I'm in no hurry.

Insurance is optional and up to the buyer. Paypal is preferred, but I'm open to suggestions if you have a better idea.

p.s. I also have an XEGS and 65XE that I'll be unloading soon ...
