  1. I have a My-IDE cart. It'd be fun to play around with SDX on it. I'd be happy to test.
  2. Spy's Demise has more than one song? The one I remember is Hungarian Dance 5 by Brahms. Mountain King uses In the Hall of the Mountain King by Gried, and I think the game Henri uses a classical tune. Can't remember, tho, and haven't played it in ages.
  3. I thought Zeppelin was some rock singer not a game. Heh. Funny stuff. [... and one of them said "Yeah, that will go over like a lead balloon". When Jimmy formed his own band, he remembered this and thought "Lead Zeppelin" would be good, both from that conversation and the heavy/light contradiction similar to the band named IRON BUTTERFLY. They decided to drop the "a" so Americans wouldn't mispronounce it. ]
  4. Heh. Best not to mention the word "Hoarders" around here.
  5. Not sure about the GEnie stuff, but I think this might be some (all?) of the CompuServe stuff: ftp://ftp.pigwa.net/stuff/collections/holmes%20cd/Holmes%202/!Archived%20Files/Umich%20University%20Archive/Unverified/
  6. Looks good. An off the shelf svideo input for c= monitors. Let us know how it works out.
  7. Hmmm. Preppie II seems like it takes a long time to play one game. The little intermissions are ok. Preppie: 13030 Preppie II: 15870
  8. I'd play any of those games, but I think I voted for the Preppies. I haven't really played Preppie II, but I remember borrowing Preppie from a friend on tape back in the ol' days. He wanted it back, though, so after I loaded it in, I kept my 800 on for a couple of days so I could keep playing it.
  9. Thanks for the tip Divya, m' man. Last score for me on Nibbly, I think: 14760. Fun game.
  10. Nice going Sloopy. I can't believe you "finaly managed to pass through the whole levels." 10175
  11. 9155. I remember loading this one up a few months back and thinking, "Cool, a modernized Nibbler" but I only played a round or two and then forgot about it. Pretty engaging game once you get into it. Very different from Nibbler. Are there ever any bonus lives?
  12. I have also noticed the speedy movement when the game first starts. In my case, he goes speedily to the left in the Sega version, and speedily to the right in the Parker Bros. version. The gameplay seems to be exactly the same beyond that, though.
  13. Hmmm. Joystick's not the only janky thing around here.
  14. I've always wanted to try to play that game, but I've never had the right set up. I wonder if it would work over the internet with APE or a Lantronix device (MSS100 or similar). I have a P:R: Connection, a Lantronix MSS100, a couple of XM301's and a Midimate. I'd be happy to help, if there's any way I can, but there's probably not much I can do because of RAM limitations on my current machines.
  15. Just played. Pretty fun. Hope to be back again soon.
  16. 35625. Finally got to level 4, then quickly lost all of my lives. Need more practice.
  17. 24700. And, hilarious Atariski. Didn't know anyone was paying attention... Heh!
  18. Fun game. 21287. More to come. Sorry I missed out on Missile Command. I was looking forward to that one. Just ended up with no Atari access for the same two weeks.
