  1. Well, I already posted a Montezuma's Revenge score, but this one should get me past the 5th place. 213200. Man, I love this game. I hope it's not too late.
  2. Ok, today's the last day, right? Here's Mr. Do. 97200. Not enough for 5th, but I think it gets past 10th. I'm hoping to make a go at Pengo, and to better my Montezuma's Revenge score before the deadline.
  3. I think this one gets me past the 5th place spot, if I understand the scoring correctly. This was level 5 (no warp to level 7). 6613 on Zone Ranger (+ 7500? for not jumping to level 7)
  4. Well, I missed most of them, but here's a try at Montezuma's Revenge. Hopefully more to come!
  5. I think Universal Hero was hacked (corrected), but was it re-released? I didn't think so.
  6. No good copies of Seafox? Didn't notice before, but glag to know it. I've never seen a good xex of Jungle Hunt either. The sound is wrong on the boulder level.
  7. I've often found little pieces of glue rattling around inside the XE cart cases. It's pretty annoying. I've opened a few of them. Often times, though, the tabs will break during opening so they will not seal back together without some more glue.
  8. Cool. I didn't know someone had created a Dr. Mario.
  9. Impressive work! I'm truly blown away.
  10. The chomp sound is a little simpler, the blue color of the maze is brighter, the intermissions (cartoons) are missing, and the "attract mode" animations are gone in the cartridge version. I didn't realize the beta version was easier, however. I'll have to play them both again.
  11. Thanks for the link. I never watch Fox News, so I missed it. I like the suitcase. 130XE, mypicodos, do you think it had a myide in it or what? Most of them had no idea what they were looking at. The sideburns guy was talking about the arcade version of Tapper (Budwieser). Then, someone thought of Atari 2600 ET, yet they found ET Phone Home. One guy was kinda on to it when he mentioned that there was never a computer version of it. Oh, and the first game they launched was the 1982 version of Dig Dug which is, IMO, inferior to the 1983 ver. I still liked it, tho. I liked it a lot!
  12. I don't believe that anyone has ever converted the NTSC rom version of this to an executable file. If someone could do that, and publish it (royalty free) in some way? Wow. Very exciting times.
  13. Pacmania would be fun. I'd be impressed and beyond words if someone pulled it off.
  14. It IS a little surprising that full Stelladaptor support has not yet been incorporated into any of the atari 8-bit emulators.
  15. Steve (classics) at www.atarimax.com seems to be using them to build the cart programmer, but I don't know that he sells them as parts. http://www.atarimax.com/flashcart/documentation/
  16. Cool, I've been looking for this one for a while. The title screen (loader) is a little messed up, but the game seems to run fine. Thanks!
  17. Very nice! Thanks, Tep392 for the new workbook and Steve for the update to the software. I've been waiting a while for this one.
