      Not at all. My family had a CV; my grandparents had the Atari. I wasn't until 1984 that my family got an Atari at a yard sale.

      So was every year after that, in my opinion. Sure, there were a few small dry spells, but, overall, our pasttime has been treated well. The point I'm trying to make is, whenever it is that you picked up a love for video games, the important thing is that you love them.

    Horror , movies, creature flicks etc, OK I "GET" why the characters involved act the way they do, I truly do not believe normal people would act the same way in similar situations, like WHY do some characters just STAND THERE when a creature is attacking someone else? WHY when they finally get the upper hand the walk away or do not check the creature is dead etc? I know it would make a short movie but damn THEY ALL DESERVE TO DIE LOL!

      That's the idea - if you gave a crap about the characters, think of how different the tone would be.

       

      People these days want a roller coaster ride next to the killer, not a terror-filled night. Shame, really.

      Call me crazy, but, I just like having SOME degree of identity attached to the people I'm interacting with, and there are plenty of active emembers that just plain don;t have an avatar.
