  3. Hi, ok since there is no Atari-PC section there, I'll post here I'm searching for a battery-pack for the ABC N386SX Notebook. Any ideas, where I can become it? Or 6 1.2V-cells... Technical data: 7.2 Volt 1700 mAh Mike

  6. On "Dein ebay-Name" you type in your ebay nick, next field you type the name of the "buyer", and in the last field you type in the art.-no., click on "Bewerten" Then you can leave your feedback Mike
  7. Also 2004 the "Classic Computing 2004" takes place - this year in Neubulach-Oberhaugstett in the Black Forest. The CC were in the past most a meeting of friends and their C-64 computers, this year it is a big event, introduced by the "Verein zum Erhalt Klassischer Computer e.V." See a complete office with CBM machines and prototypes, play your favourite games on C-64, Atari and more, let repair your vintage computer or buy spare parts. Also planned: game- and write contests and a flea market. I'll be there with an extra Atari expo and the Atari Games Center Prices: 5 € for adults per day, 7,50 for 2 days; 2,50 € for children/students, 3,50 for 2 days. More infos: http://www.classic-computing.de
  8. Maybe I'll come BTW: There is an error on the JagFest-Homepage If you choose your language (german or english), there comes an error page. There is a "" instead of "/" in both links Mike
  9. Maybe your both ST computers uses two different TOS versions - a couple of games won't work with TOS versions higher than 1.00. Nearly all 520 ST computers are using TOS 1.00 (except 520 STE and very late produced 520 STF/STFM/STM), the 1040 ST computers use 3 different versions - TOS 1.00 (early production 1986-87), TOS 1.02 (came out with the Mega ST) and TOS 1.04 (1988 and later). Mike
  10. THX - have it http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewIt...5100465361&rd=1 Mike

  12. No, not more - it was an ended ebay.de-auction - but I cannot remember the seller's name Mike
  13. Mike
  14. I forgot: the ST-Book was built ~1000 times - I've seen last year one went on eBay.de for 665 Euros. Another portable ST is the Prototype ST-Pad, also called "Stylus" - a Pentop-Computer. I has the same technics as the ST-Book and 2 Cartridge-Ports, each max. 4 MB. Anyone knows how much from the ST-Pad exists? Mike
  15. On a Stacy Laptop you can use each Atari and Compatible Monitor on the Monitor Port - The Stacy has all ports of the ST. Stacy is a portable Mega ST. B&W-Monitors of Atari: SM124/125, SM144/146/147 Color-Monitors of Atari: SC1224 (3 different models available), SC1425, SC1435 The ST-Book has only a few ports (Combined ACSI/Floppy, Midi in/out, Mouse, Expansion Port 120pin, Serial and Printer), so you can use no external monitor. And it has no Floppy Disk Drive. The display has no background light, but the contrast is MUCH better than that from the Stacy. I've seen a ST-Book "in action" - only one thing is bad: the vector-pad . Mike
  16. On the AEX Homepage I've found the construction-plans of a Panther-Housing. I've made a graphic of this, so some of you have a better conception of this Mike
  17. Hi everyone, I was wondering that I could nowhere find technical data about the Jaguar² / JagDuo. But one of my forum members had sent me the data last week - it could be interesting for somebody Mike
  18. This one looks like a failure printing http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewIt...item=4130261163 Mike
  19. Our libraries have much of video game titles in their list - but actually only the PS/X-Box/GC-Titles I'd asked him a few weeks ago, he meant: If they're so rare, he never want to open one Mike
  20. Actually there are near 20 be found - one guy here in Germany has 4 of them (he buyed them at a library-closing vor 1 D-Mark each ) Mike
  21. Hi, you can play all Jaguar games on PAL or NTSC. PAL is the european TV-system. Mike
  22. I wish. The few I've seen go for well over $75-$100. Huh, so much Here in Germany some sellers can be lucky if they sell their 1040 ST with monitor for 1 or 2 Euros, some 520 STs were not sold in the last time... BTW: Does anybody know where I can get one of those IDE adaptors? Mike
  23. TOS 1.02 is built-in in later 1040 ST's and in early Mega ST Computers. The latest versions of 1040ST and MEGA ST have TOS 1.04 on board. The 260ST, 520ST and 1040ST computers cannot hold an internal HDD - you'll need a SH20x or a Megafile Harddisk or something from third-party-manufacturers (Profex i.e. - DON'T TAKE A VORTEX HDD). The Mega ST can hold one internal HD with a special Upgrade-Kit. Mike
