I am talking to someone about a trade and they have a Sega Sports Dreamcast that they would be willing to trade me. The only problem is that the spindle needs to be fixed according to him. I don't know how to fix it.

I'm just wondering if anybody can repair the dreamcast and how much it would cost me before I do this trade.

I found this thread on google and was wondering if you would be able to repair my game gear. I bought it at a garage sale, when I brought it home and finally got a game for it, the screen was dim and I had to tilt it in order to see it. I was playing it today for like 10 minutes and the screen went black with white lines and then the system turned off. Now the game won't display and I have a black screen when I turn it on. Would you be able to fix this?

Also I know my account is new, but here's reputation from other websites to show that I can be trusted.
