[where to get PCBs to make 8/16/32k eprom games or make ones]

I've used the attached (See Attachment) technique for 4k games and it uses a recycled PCB from pac-man carts, I've never had any problems with it.

The .bin File is the ROM, that is the file that is needed to run in stella. I'm no programmer so I could be wrong.
