I picked up Payday 2 today. It's very fun so far.

I got Dragon's Crown on Saturday, and I have been playing it pretty much nonstop. The fun really begins when you acquire a couple extra equipment bags and can start doing a bunch of adventures in a row. The bonus multipliers rack up with each consecutive adventure, which causes the loot to really start piling up.

Oh, I posted too late. Sorry!

Pacman Collection - 30 minutes
NES
Summer Carnival '92: Recca - 30 minutes
Crisis Force - 30 minutes
I have something exciting on the way to my collection right now. You will probably see a fair amount of it in my playing times in the next couple weeks. It's a rare game which looks fun from the one or two videos I can find of it. I will find out for myself in the next couple days. I'm hoping for another experience like I had with Steamroller- it blows me away that this game has so few people talking about it! Steamroller is one of my all time favorite games of ANY console, and I have about twelve different systems I game with, many more if you count emulation.

If you have not played Konami's Ping-Pong, you should check it out. I realize it is table tennis, but it's a very addicting game with well programmed difficulty levels and excellent controls. I got Pixelboy's Colecovision homebrew version, and I am very impressed.

Very little time for retro gaming this week, as life has been getting a bit too serious for my taste lately. I've been so busy, I even bowed out of the Intellivision Knockout Tournament, which was unfortunate. After that, I decided to play some NES! Sleep was traded to make sure at least some games were played. It's important to have one's priorities straight, after all. Anyway, back to being a cog in a big machine. Bye for now.

I am envious. Today is my day off, and I would gladly spend it playing Smash TV or some other great games, but I know of no retro arcade around Indianapolis.. Very few flea markets or game stores are around as well. Oh well. Play a round for me.

You've inspired me on my day off to finally post my pictures and unboxing video of my one of a kind Christmas Carol Elf-Knight Edition!

It's my own fault. I was distracted by a slew of other games and did not submit a new score.

No worries. It will take some practice, and I have so many games I'm playing right now. You are doing really well. Keep jumping those barrels and dodging those springs!

I don't own any PAL equipment, only NTSC.

I need to revisit this game soon. I'm sure I can break 300,000.

Galaxian - 120 minutes
Bankruptcy Builder - 80 minutes

I have been recklessly addicted to Colecovision lately. It's a good thing I've got a tuned up Yurkievision which can handle all the playing time!

Wow, you have some good stuff. I wonder if a bundle deal is possible.

I bought Cix and Bankruptcy Builder. I have to say these two games are blowing my mind. I agree with a couple of your sentiments about additions to the game, but the most important one to me is being able to reset the game with the controller like I can with Galaxian, since Cix can be risky and fast paced depending on your playing style.
Either way, I am quite pleased and impressed with the games. I really need to check out more games by this author. When I saw videos of the Crown Jewels games, I didn't think they looked like my kind of games, but I'm so impressed with the two I did get I might have to reconsider. What other games has this guy made? Schlange and Shunting Puzzle are on my list of possible pickups. I can't seem to find a Shunting Puzzle video.

Yeah the pirates could get more dangerous as levels or difficulties progress. Maybe your army could even be sent on risky, but profitable raids to the secret pirate island, only accessible by obtaining information, map pieces found in random treasure drops on farmland, or from taking prisoners to an upgraded fort.

What have you actually PLAYED tracker for 2013 (Season 6)

Lock N Chase - 30 minutes
Mario Bros. - 25 minutes
Squares! - 25 minutes
Steamroller - 60 minutes
Fireman - 120 minutes
The game I mentioned previously which I was excited about receiving is a boxed copy of Fireman! I am very happy to have had a chance to acquire this rare gem. It may not surpass Steamroller as my favorite Colecovision game, but it still provides me with much enjoyment. Besides being a great piece to have as a collector, it is actually quite a fun game! I kept up my usual habit of playing Colecovision games on skill level three, and it gets tough quickly, which I love. One thing I haven't quite figured out yet is what exactly an item is which seems to appear with no discernible pattern. It appears like a power up might, with a sound being played. Perhaps it adds to your mobile fire extinguishers.. I will have to do more research. Overall, great game, great collector's piece- a win for sure.
I would have more minutes to post, but I have been hooked on yet another great ps3 game this week- Payday 2. It's a great online co-op about pulling off epic robberies and heists with fantastic customization and loot systems. Find the right crew to run with, and the heists become incredibly addicting. I wasn't sure how I would feel about it, but I watched a couple game play videos and had to check it out. The difficulty of finding a single disc copy of the game in the entire city I live in intrigued me as well. It's been a while since I have completely forsaken sleep to just keep playing a game with reckless abandonment.
