  1. The only reason that I did 12 lap is because I was bored and started plaing that game and I have been reallypracticing long on those kind of games..

  2. Yes,It would be very cool...........But, maybe if a team of programmers got together from Atari age and made it possible to play emulators over the net, it could come true......... :D Atariage moderators please respond on this.........

But,ifwewere lucky enough to have a corperation to do it,they could make an adapter for the 2600 to the net,or even make a whole new system that allows us to play on the net........but, thats almost virtually impossible  ,unless infiogrames decides to,which could be very likely!!!!!!! :)

  3. I have an Idea you could get all those things in one place or another right? So,get all those things and put 'em together Youll have your dream Encyclopedia!!!!! Note: Print guides dont go to stores and spend all your money on the official guides.......

    Just a thought!

  4. I dont know about the rarity or how valuble it is but I know All of Ataris Late 70s games had no introduction, just straight to gameplay.....

They Didnt start the title screen until the early 80s so the one wthout the title screen is older and possibly more valuble..........I dont think companies did intro movies until the early to mid 90s.......

I hope that helped you a bit! :)

  5. Could somebody help me out with this?

    :?

Infogrames said they were creating a new Atari and hve released some games for it already.......but I thought the Atari rights were to some other floppy disk company that had sucked it up.....And also the games arent anywhere near the same genre as the other earlier Atari games IE The Matrix??????Test Drive????? Just not right........ Ahh.....It is so confusing!!!!!!!!!!!!! :x Again, could somebody clear this up? :?

  6. Well thanks for welcomeing me to AtariAge......

I got bored with my Gamecube and I thought it would be much cheaper and in some ways better then collecting the gamecube

I went to Atari because they were the first,(or atleast I think so,Magnavox might of beat them....)But I consider them pioneers and they deserved a lot more credit then Nintendo or Sega......I wonder what there games would have been like today........If it wasnt for the damn game crash and that CEO who was too dumb to realize that Europe didnt matter, and Microsoft would take it all over anyway

(Not to insult you Europe citezens out there, its a great place, but most of the cash from computers comes from the US......)

And also....Ive heard that Infogrames is trying to reinvent Atari and have already made some games....Im confused could somebody clear this up for me? :?

  7. I totally agree..... its just that most people here wont give an Atari away and AtariAge only sells chips........And youd only lose a small amount if they dont give it to you on ebay anyway.......

Don't get me wrong, I like puzzles when they're logical and expected (7th Guest, 11th Hour, MYST, and especially Fool's Errand are great), but in a game like Jedi Outcast, they suck. Especially when presented in 3D "action" setting, where you can't figure out all the parameters without lots of backtracking, jumping over bottomless pits, and risking level restarts just to do a stupid color matrix puzzle which would be no problem if presented in 2D.

I totally agree althogh a tend to stay away from Myst games unless I have a lot of time on my hands.... they're so addicting
