(If this in in the wrong forum sorry) I want my son to see what video games were like when I was a kid. Seeing that I don't have a 2600 anymore I thought that I would buy one. Now I am someone that really doesn't like ebay. I don't want to spend money on something get it and it doesn't work. There is a flea market about 20 miles from me and for years people would be selling 2600 systems and games cheap. $25 for a system and 30 games. I went out there Saturday and people that were selling at that price last year are now selling at $100+ for a system and 30 games. One guy was selling at $125 for the system and 2 games (Asteroids and MS Pac Man). The guy said he was selling so high because "the games are really rare" (yeah right). I know they 2600 is getting on in years. I would think somewhere I could find a cheap 2600. Maybe I'll have to check another flea market or yard sales. Oh well! Thanks for letting me rant!
