  1. What I like about the game is the attention to detail that is present. You can really tell that this game had a lot of time put into and it and is totally tweaked out. I mean I look at it and say, this can't be a Jaguar game. Technically, the game is light years ahead of anything that is available on the Jaguar.
  2. I guess we need to keep an eye on your website for those rapid fire controllers. I am very very interested in getting one of those along with the only Songbird game I am lacking - Soccer Kid.
  3. I have a composite video cable I will sell you for 10 bucks. Add a dollar for shipping. Email me if you are interested.
  4. Well, I have decided that I am going to put the rest of my stuff out on eBay to try and raise a little money to fill out my NUON games collection. I figure I can get at least 100 bucks out of the stuff I have (have a CD Unit also). Hopefully a little more though because even at 30$ a game that is only 3 games. Of course, there are only like 6 NUON games and I don't really care about Space Invaders. Tempest 3K, Freefall, and Merlin Racing - 2 of those bad boys are Jag game sequals. (Tempest 2K and Atari Karts). Iron Soldier 3 should be coming in the mail sometime this week.
  5. Price is hovering between 200 and 250 - none currently available on eBay though. [ 10-22-2001: Message edited by: The Helper ]
  6. I have Battlesphere but no Jugs.
  7. Oh yeah, you can make quite a killing stuff at auctions. The key is to sell everything seperately. Also sign up for PayPal and let them do auto notification on all your buyers, that way you have less emails to write. Remember that Billpoint takes a nice chunk of change from you - PayPal is the best to use at auctions. Make sure you put a link to your site and forum on your Jaguar sales in the PayPal notification area so you can get some of these buyers into the community. The Helper
  8. GoAtari is a very good vendor. Everything I get from them is usually MIB.
  9. Pro Controllers are not that rare. They just tend to be expensive on eBay. I just really like them and since i have used one I cannot go back to the standard controllers.
  10. Are you ever going to do any more of those rapid fire controllers?
  11. I have been into Jaguar ever since it came out but I did not get into collecting for it until late. I realize that alot of the people that post in these forums have extensive Jaguar collections and was wondering what types of interesting items highlight your collection. The ones I have are not that great but this is what I think is special in mine Battlesphere Custom made overlays for games such as Worms, Zero 5, Battlesphere, etc... A Jamma LX Joystick Spacewar 2000 Prototype Custom made Tempest 2000 Rotary Controller A rare Cannon Fodder strategy guide. My set of 4 Pro Controllers
  12. Its just so damn rare on eBay - its not expensive but finding it has been my problem. Its one of the elusive last ones I need to complete my collection. Just so everyone knows this is what I know I need to complete the collection Soccer Kid Brain Dead 13 Battlemorph Atari Karts Iron Soldier II CD and Cart World Tour Racing I would be willing to trade a Jaguar CD system with Blue Lightning (no box) straight up to anyone who has a boxed version of Atari Karts or a Iron Soldier II Cart.
  13. Zoop is actually a pretty fun puzzler. I was totally disappointed with Worms. I loved Ruiner Pinball. I had some fun with FlipOut. Double Dragon sucked.
  14. I will be willing to trade on Mint Condition Boxed Rayman cartridge, still has the shrinkwrap on it with a just a little off the top to test the cartridge for a copy of Brain Dead 13. Anyone interested?
  15. One thing about the Jaguar version of Primal Rage is the Fighter sprites are smaller than on other systems and the Arcade. Apparently it was some memory limitations. I also read somewhere that if you fight the same character as you are you will get double the speed - due to the fact that the fighter image has to only be in memory once. Actually, I would have preferred double the size
  16. Actually, the discussion was really rather civil and I don't think anyone got flamed. The JII forum owner stepped in and made quite a long post about the history of there forum and why its going to stay the way it is. The good thing about this is I have had a major brainstorm on how to get the some of the features that a UBB gives in that forum without having to change anything on the forum software end of it. These features include automatically entering your name, email address, and signature to your posts on the forum I can do it using Java Script and it would be in your bookmarks, all you do is select the bookmark and it automatically adds the information to the message posting fields. If enough people like it I can make a form button that possibly JII would consider adding to the posting form to add the functionality to the forum. Baby Steps - i think that is how to initiate change on a forum like JII.
  17. Well I suggested JII change over to a UBB style and the suggestion was not too kindly taken. Some people liked the idea but a majority of the regulars do not want the forum being jacked with at all. I just cannot understand why people cannot see that these kinds of forums are just soooooo much better than what they are using there. Oh well.
  18. Hey Gunstar that link that you left is 404.
  19. Yeah I have seen it before - there is not a whole lot posted on any of the Jaguar forums around that I don't see
  20. The Atari Times message board is not just about Jaguar. This board is about Jaguar and the other systems have there own boards, as I believe it should be. I don't think that there will ever be a replacement for JII - but this place sure is a nice alternative.
  21. OK, I was Mr. eBay a while back buying and selling all kinds of stuff and frankly I am just tired of doing it. I still have some left over stock that I thought I would offer to you guys if you are interested. All the games come with boxes and instructions. Checkered Flag 2 copies 5$ a piece Doom 2 copies 15$ a piece Kasumi Ninja 10$ Zool 2 (box not in great shape) 5$ Cannon Fodder 10$ I will ship anywhere to you at actual shipping cost. I will take money orders and paypal. If you are interested drop me a line.
  22. I have an extra jag sitting up here - i will sell it to you for 35 bucks US along with 2 controllers and cybermorph. You have to pay for shipping. It might be a little more than 50 Canadian dollars after shipping but I dont think you are going to find one for cheaper. I will take a money order but it has to be in US dollars. Email me if you are interested.
  23. No, I believe that Cybermorph was the only game that had a 1 meg and 2 meg version. The reason there are 2 versions is Cybermorph was a pack in and Atari was trying to save money. The difference is in the title screen and I believe the onboard chick has less dialog.
  24. I prefer the UBB Style though so all the threads are together. Unfortunately I don't think that Jaguar Interactive II will ever change forum style.
