  1. Guys ... only thing left is my component CRT. Please spread the word for your Houston friends & forum hobbyist. I moved it to storage (climate control) this week & need every bit of space for box/bins. It's literally costing me money money now, but just cant bring myself to dump it. See Samsung 27” CRT TV pics in OP.
  2. @ls650 yeah, I remember feedback being bad lol. What is the half ball thing over the d-pad? ? Relevant to OP that one actually was released. The 3DO had a SNES controller adapter during it's hay-day. Surprised we haven't seen something similar for 9 pin Genesis controllers on Jag, for the titles (homebrew esp) that don't use # pad.
  3. There actually was a 3rd party controller in Europe:
  4. I know it wasn't much, but we do we know rough Jag sales figures in Japan?
  5. This is why everyone was calling the all digital Xbox One S... the Xbox One Sad ?
  6. Agree @Austin. Unfortunately there's copy protection on the disc and a process for the drive to verify it. It's my understanding this is why a standard USB drive won't work... to prevent using rips/burns as that license key.
  7. Well... you had me curious lol. My understanding confirmed here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/xbox/forum/all/transfer-discs-games-to-digital-xbox-one-s/54a374df-af4e-4819-9044-21cdd910c73d
  8. Man... I don't think what you're trying to do is possible. If so... you could borrow a disc, throw it on a HDD, then return the disc. I think you need to have disc present, in console drive, as a "license key" which isn't possible on the all digital S. It's my understanding you forfeit your physical library with the both Digital One S and Series S. I haven't purchased a Series S due to this. I own a good chunk of physical games so waiting to buy a Series X to leverage the disc drive. If someone can correct me, I'll go buy a Series S tomorrow lol.
  9. @Zoyous, unfortunately, MS recently started to axe Dev Mode accounts not putting out games... then reactived some. Looked like a mess. Hope they fix long term. RA runs under this mode for those not familiar.
  10. Highly likely it's licensing or music vs compatibility. A modded 360 will run MANY more OGX games than officially supported/allowed. Because these games are DLed from the MS store on XB1/S/X (or a game specific emu patch on 360) vs truly running a disc, it varies legally from running a PS1 game on a PS2. They're also usually sold digitally only as well (a few disc only expections like FEAR). Those expections point to some legal agreement being made on physical BC but not digital. Sure, there are some quality control standards in there (some games were removed) but from what I've heard/read over the years, games you expect to be there, that aren't... due to licensing issues. What I'd like to see are more wide-screen patches for 4:3 titles. Pretty awesome to see Max Payne 1 received WS treatment in addition to resolution, texture, HDR bumps.
  11. Nice. CIB XB copy selling for $40+ now.
  12. Curious, how does the unlockable OG PD look? ... IIRC it's actually the PC port vs Saturn.
  13. @GrizzLee living the dream! Appreciate the advice. Add me on Xbox, tag: xJAGOx
  14. Not super relevant bc the S|X are 100% compatible (minus Kinect games) with XB1 titles, as well as those backwards compatible 360 & OGX games officially supported on XB1. Long term, puts the XB1 in weird shoes.
  15. +1 positive feedback for @staxx as a buyer. Thanks.
  16. Have almost sold it all. Down to: DS Lite bundle dropped to $64 Crash Bandicoot black label dropped to $27 Samsung CRT TV with component for pickup/drop off in Houston
  17. The EverDrives opened up a ton of options for me! Currently I am really enjoying the XB backwards compatible library. I still keep my modded OGX and 360E around for those not on the list. Nice! I'm still in the 'burbs, battling up the corporate ladder ... Really only ~12-13 years into my post college career, but get the family to the outdoors as much as possible. I plan on buying some land a couple hours away within the next 10 years and slowly developing over time. That said... I understand, congrats, and think the slow internet trade off is worth it. Besides... Elon will have Star Link all figured out by the time I get there ?
  18. @GrizzLee ... If you play Halo MCC, I imagine those updates have been brutal for you! That file is now 90+ GB ? I've noticed some of the optimized backward compat 360s games pulled both versions! I have 2x Halo 3 copies under my games. One is GB+ bigger. Assuming due to the additional textures and optimized code ?‍♂️
  19. I recently saw a video of someone critiquing XB's Smart Delivery for something similar. Basically, would be beneficial if MS let you choose which version of the game to DL. Maybe I don't want the 4K textures taking up HDD space, but it always defaults to best possible on that system. My guess is it's pulling the best optimized version of the game for your console in use.
  20. Marked those sold. Price drops. Trying to sell all of this. Open to offers & trades for OG Xbox, 360, & XB1 games.
  21. Positive feedback & happy they found a good home ?
  22. @Blazing Lazers, yeah, True Achievements is great. I've hopped on a few MP games with some community members to work at a few cheevos, but haven't gotten too hardcore. I think the only 360 games losing achievements currently are those that rely on 3rd party dev severs. Some 360 games uses MS infrastructure for the MP. Obviously, any also tied to ongoing challenges, leaderboard, etc that require dev updates can go away. I haven't verified this, but I think what happens is the game is coded for the achievements, then it basically just tells the MS XBL infrastructure, "hey, this metric was met" ... which is how offline achievements are tracked once back online. I'm a nerd though and want to know the specifics from the coding & cloud connectivity side. May head to reddit and report back... MS has said the backwards compat games will be good for some time (at least through the XB series lifespan). Them embracing BC really helped the 360 library live on. Side note - missed opportunity to add achievements to the OG Xbox games compatible. Sony did it for some of their classics and we've seen platforms like RetroAchievements add it to retro games in emu.
  23. Posted more! Some good PS1, DS Lite, & CRT stuff in here ?
