      The thing is, because of the screw-up, it's MY problem. I had an order for one of my customers that was supposed to go out on transfer yesterday to our delivery hub so it could get delivered tomorrow. I come in this morning from my two days off and see the order still sitting back by the loading dock. Which means that delivery scheduled for tomorrow isn't gonna happen and now I get to call the customer and break the bad news. All because a certain someone couldn't take two seconds...
